"A Conversation with my 12-year-old granddaugher..." Hi baby, sit down and listen to grandma for a few minutes; I have something to tell you about your future. As I am talking if you have any questions, please stop me and ask me to explain. Sometimes grandma gets so passionate about things she speaks above the issues and people do not understand her. You are eight years old and have probably been exposed to more things about life than the average 47-year-old woman. Sit down next to grandma. Do you know how much I love you? I am so proud of you; you are earning good grades in school. You remind me of my daughter, she fought to go to school everyday. She loved math and was class Valedictorian in 1992 at a high school right here in Prince George's County where you attend school. I am so glad that she is attracted to you. She and her brother did not get along very well but she has not held that against you. You know that, right? She took you to church and you received Christ. She makes sure you have clothes, shoes, and learning material. She loves you too. What I wanted to talk to you about is serious. If you take heed to what I am about to tell you, you will be guarded for the rest of your life and God will receive the glory from the life you will live in his name. Baby, time is running out for humans who disobey God's word. In your lifetime, you are going to witness things that were prophesied more than 4000 years ago. When Jesus came to earth born of the Virgin Mary and died on the cross, he paid the right for us to be saved have hope in salvation by grace. What we have to do is believe that, have faith in that, and do that which we are commanded in the Holy Bible. I know you already have a Bible. Today we are not going to discuss scriptures, we are going to talk about issues and later when you are ready, we will align the scriptures to the issues. Okay? I want you to know that regardless to what the school or anyone tries to convince you to believe, man did not come on earth by way of a tadpole and an ape. God in Heaven created man and shaped woman. The earth did not come about as a result of some big bang or explosion in space. God created the heavens for him and HIS angels and he created the earth to be a perfect paradise for humans. Not one of us gets up in the morning and is responsible for raising the sun for day and placing the moon and the stars for night. Not one of us is responsible for holding gravity in place. Not many praise God for his marvelous creations. He hung the earth on nothing. Do not let the educators of this society tell you that the theory of Darwin is correct and that there is no God. The Bible says, it is a foolish man that says there is no God. As you go through school, you might find yourself answering questions on surveys and assessments that you know are wrong just to get a good grade. Pray over this decision. The truth is that unless you give them the answers they want, you are not going to receive a good grade. It's much different from when your Aunt or me (her mother) was in school. When we were in school, English meant learning grammar, the correct way to speak the language, and how to read fluently with the ability to comprehend the written and spoken word; even though your grandma could do better with both, the point is English taught today is not English of old. Today, parents are unaware that depending on what zip code they live in, their children could be learning how to fill out a job application in English or like you because you live in an upper middle-class community, you are not only learning English, you are learning to read books that I was not exposed to until I was grown and well past schooling. Language Arts is nothing more than training a student to 'appreciate' the language it does not teach one to master pronunciation, punctuation, and articulation. History has been transitioned to become a 'social studies' of pop culture. You do not know what Martin Luther King Jr. really stood for most people do not celebrate Black History Month anymore. Our race has become a people enslaved by their own selfish desires to live like the white and the rich. Instead of learning about all the talent and skills we naturally have, the system wants to remind us of our slavery and oppression! My grandparents and parents fought to integrate schools still do not realize that they helped burn up America's Melting Pot and now we are all in the fire together this is why the system will conclude that the solution is a one-size fits all remedy for everything. Black folk acting outside of their culture are now boxed into a mold where our hard fought civil rights have been so marginalized that the system does not even get nervous when a million black men match on Washington. I do not I think we ought to be poor, I am not happy watching my race be more concerned about their big house and nice car than what you as a child are learning in school. You see, the Holy Bible says (Hosea 4:6). I do not want to see you destroyed because you did not know God. If you are destroyed and most of your generation are destroyed then who is going to be there for me when I am old and retiring? Who will be there to fight for the children born during my retirement? Will there be many children for the system to continue? Do you plan to be married and have children one day? We will talk about another time. What grandma want to tell you tonight is that I believe the generation just before you were born will rise to be the new leaders and since you my dear come from a good stock of advocates and natural leaders, you are going to take from your generation and carry on. This means that I must impart knowledge in you so that you might grow into your calling and lead a generation that will take back personal liberties and freedoms. I am doing this because you are of my blood and because the 75-hours of community service hours you must complete before graduating does not include or involve visiting senior citizens or doing anything with grandparents because we are the last generation left that understand why things are and the way things were. Reach out to the older people around you...they will not steer you wrong. Listen to them and ask questions and take heed to their words because it will not be long before the 1920's generation will be dead and gone. My daddy used to tell me that the wisdom is no longer in the libraries; it's in the graveyards. The old saying goes if you do not know your history, you are bound to repeat it; well, we are in that stage now. Today, the workforce development system of apprenticeships, volunteerism, and low wages is something right out of the Socrates Era. What you are going to learn and be wise over is the following: Get a pen and write these things down. No, I do not want you to use your laptop, I want you to write in your handwriting the things I am about to tell you then date it and preserve it for the rest of your life. 1. Within three years, local and state governments are going to be concerned that not enough children are being born so they are going to introduce what they planned all along designer children. You know the book you had to read in the third grade named "The Giver" well, they are going to create humans that will not carry the genes of their parents that cause terminal illnesses, illiteracy, or any other defects that could create a drain on society's planned global health care and economic system. The reason there will not be enough babies born in 10-years is because they made it more important to be homosexual or lesbian than to be heterosexual to procreate the way God created us. You are being assessed annually by the state to determine whether the teacher has persuaded you to accept the alternate life style as normal and safe. Depending on the answers you provide on the state assessment, your teacher could receive a low performance rating and/or be moved to another school or demoted/fired. That is not fair, but that's what the people got when they demanded school accountability back in the late 1980's before you were born. You are being trained/taught and assessed according to your zip code to determine whether you meet the workforce development knowledge, skills, and behaviors desired by the predetermine outcome for your home school district. In other words, because you live in 20707, you will be trained to be middle management or an individual contributor with a predetermined proficiency level that has a predetermined outcome for each school. However, the people that live in my zip code 20748 are being trained to be subordinate to you or as the system hopes be in jail, dead, or totally dependant on the government for other uses like - allow them to be criminals so that the communities will readily accept the solutions that they plan to present. This is called social conditioning. It is a best practice of the 20th Century that people do not understand. You are being put into groups, which means your knowledge is transferred to your peers. If you are the one doing all of the work, then your peers will benefit from your hard work, knowledge, and thus your grades. They will learn quickly that they have to hang with you in order to get a good grade. You will become frustrated because you cannot stand on your own. This is being done because the New World will not recognize individuals only groups; and each group will be classed and sub-classed! You are going to live in a world of oneness. Animals, Environment, and People will all be treated the same and given the same attention. Gone is the God commandment; 'multiply the earth and subdue it.' Today, the schools have removed God and the name Jesus from the school textbooks, history, or belief systems for building character and strong morals/ethics. God is only used so they can so they can mock His commandments. They use God in the textbooks or lesson plans to show how believing in HIM creates undue stress and lost of friends. They claim that they believe in Separation of Church and State and do not want or allow religion to be taught in schools, but they tell you that you have to be good to Mother Earth and cherish her because she is the source of all things you need in life they allow all kinds of pagan/witchery that actually are religions if it is ever argued in a court of law. That is a form of not only teaching religion, but also practicing religion, which you have to agree with across all subject lines because the one-world religion will be a combination of human and earth unity. 2. Speaking of religion, before you see this one-world religion, we are going to witness some mighty confusing things such as: Christians, Jews, and Muslims are going to fight for global dominance. We are already witnessing the persecution of Christians, the hatred of the Jews, and the fear of the Muslims. The solution is ready to be introduced but first, they must convince us to love one another, declare peace and blessings, and deny Jesus was ever the Son of God who was born unto the Virgin Mary we must be open to the fact just maybe all traditions are wrong. They have introduced us the logic that since we all came from Abraham via his two sons, we all share the same God and therefore ought not be religious foes. This means that the Jews are the one leading this charge because they believe they are the one being called to join Jesus when he arrives the first time and meet his people in Israel. This is going to really confuse a lot of people all over the world. Stay on guard for these things and keep watch. Always consult the WORD of God the Holy Bible for direction and spiritual discernment. This is your only key to salvation. Once the world meets this goal, it is said that the Anti-Christ figure will appear and walk amongst us and mis-lead many, which it's demons are doing today however, the image of it's headship, will lead us in the oneness for a short period of time. Do not be afraid, this is good news because if you read, study, and learn the Bible's true meanings, you will declare to your peers the return of the Christ. 3. In the midst of all of this is going to be the collapse of money. Yes, money. All kinds. Yen, Dollar, Euro, Gold, and Silver will be useless. We are being prepared to live in a society without money. We will work for each other and global businesses for the things we need. Food, shelter, and healthcare will be paid by our sweat and volunteer service. Right before our eyes, today we are being groomed to accept this way of life. Have you seen I-Robot, Star Wars, Planet of the Apes, or any fictional movie that depicts the future? What about Demolition Man? That is a great movie to watch to see what is planned for your future. You would serve yourself well, to read George Orwell's 1984 and Alex Huxley's Brave New World. The two books combined pictured the New World Order - your future. Schools will become 24-hour facilities where humans will be manufactured, cared for, trained according to bulk order, and parents will not be parents they will breeders for the system. They will be global loving citizens living a carefree happy peaceful life not caring about the government, or God. Watch how this plays out. By the time you are twenty-five years old, your generation will have voted to eliminate the US Constitution; you are already being taught to hate America. By then, if we are still here, your generation will have agreed to forgo America's Representative Republic and other countries will forgo their dictatorships of communism; you will be living under a global democracy that will combine all forms of government into a single government rule that will limit choice, freedom, and liberties under the guise of peace and security. This form of global government will last for a few years and then a great war will take place after this Anti-Christ image dies a horrible death. Why? Because man will never be able to deliver the kind of peace that God has planned for HIS people and HIS earth. 4. I wish I could be alive to see this take place. I really want to see it all play out. I realize that I may not have it exactly right and that's okay, I have it down well enough to leave you with information to track, follow, and lead others to the truth for their salvation. Please do not be afraid to read and study this information. Be careful who you talk to God's Holy Spirit will keep you and teach you to prevent the iniquities of my generation from carrying on through you. My transgressions have to stop with you. Just remember these words, study, and foretell the truth as it is revealed to you and praise God in sickness and in health and in good times and bad. 5. By the time you graduate from high school, the education system in Maryland would have competed its reforms. Day care centers will be aligned with the curriculum taught by the surrounding PK-12 grade schools within its zip code. Your diploma will replace the traditional resume or KSA. Your diploma will detail the specific skills you mastered and be outlined by ¼ academic, ¼ Interpersonal, ¼ personal, and ¼ professional. The state elementary and high school assessments will determine your skills, competencies, and proficiency levels. Your parents will not be able to see the questions you answered without signing a waiver promising not to reveal anything they saw on the assessments. Therefore, if you spend 16-years in a school and cannot read or compute, then your parents will not be able to sue because they swore not to reveal the data that you were exposed to; it does not matter that today you are taught something totally different from what you were tested. Your parents do not understand that you are not being tested. They do not believe that you are being assessed as state property and are being prepared to be sold to the highest bidder when the final stage if the education reform and workforce development is firmly established sometime around 2010. Right now all they can do is blame George Bush. They fail to believe that this system has been in play since 1965 when Title 1 and other unconstitutional programs were given to the induced poor. I have spent the best years of my life trying to get people to see and understand what I am telling you. Not that anything I say can be changed or stopped, but souls can be saved and oh, we can survive the system of oppression if we are watchful and alert. No, my intentions are to show people how to manage life around this system and benefit while they are above ground not fall prey or be victim. But baby-girl, people will see all of this when it is too late to change and turn around. That is why I am talking with you. Because you will be affected the most by what is done today, you need to understand what happened so that your generation can fight when the change comes. In the meantime, you are going to be dealing with years of wars that are nothing more than rumors. Examples of rumors of wars are war on drugs, crime, teen pregnancy, poverty, terminal illness and others that never seem to be eradicated. Nonetheless, schools, governments, and employers are working to combine efforts and share resources to proclaim they are working as one team towards winning these wars. In the background you are going to be indoctrinated by schools, news, music, and movies, which by the way, all seemed to be in sync with each other to accept the social reengineering and new human behaviors that are being modified for the New World. In other words, they broke the system so that they can fix the system. The word fix in this context means, THE FIX. The fix does not meet the expectation of the meaning of the word fix. The fix means the outcome is the opposite of the claim. For example: Just before you were born, the education system adopted an educational program called "Direct Instruction." Parent Teacher Associations bought into the plan for Direct Instruction because it promised that each child would have quality time with their teacher in an one-on-one setting i.e., thus the name: "Direct Instruction." What parents should have done was researched the goals of the new school accountability system that promised to modify behaviors of children that were disobedient, disrespectful, and selfish. Parents should have studied the guise of the well-promoted behavioral modification plans associated with the Maryland Schools Performance Assessment Program a.k.a. MSPAP, because it used the "Best Practices" of the behavioral gurus (scientists) of the 20th Century. The Best Practices used were how to get a dog to sit still and behavior via a reward system. The scientists that specialized in this animal behavioral training were Ivan Pavlov and B.F. Skinner. Direct Instruction is the system used by these behavioral gurus to train animals. The method for incorporating this in our school system was combined with the replacement of Benjamin Bloom's Taxonomy of Education Cognitive Domain with Bloom's Affective Domain, which mean that humans were no longer taught; they were trained to respond to stimuli that needed reward in order to get the 'desired' response. Therefore, the so-called education reforms that we were promised did the opposite of that which it claimed because if you look at the fact that our schools (especially the majority minority schools in poor communities), only needed money to obtain educational equity they gave us the money with serious strings which were nothing more than social reengineering experiments that had not be proven before they were implemented. This is why No Child Left Behind makes it mandatory that only research proven methods can be used to 'teach' children. Phonic-Based learning was stripped from educational programs used by Direct Instruction and Bloom's Affective Domain. Direct Instruction used the see-and-say word recognition method for training a child to read that excluded comprehension. Bloom's Affective Domain uses emotion to rouse reactions to stimuli that excites one to be steadfast when they have been emotionally charged. This is why teachers were asked to read to students and students were asked to express how they feel - i.e. emotions. Over a period of time, a human exposed to Direct Instruction grows up requiring Direct Instruction for the rest of their lives because they cannot think or do for themselves they are void of common sense. This is why today; companies can legitimately hire someone at a cheep salary because they know that the skill of independent thought and analytical processing does not exist. The person needs to be told how to perform every step of the process of their job. This is why parents are so frustrated when they tell their child to sweep the floor only to come back and find that the trash was left on the floor. The parent did not tell the child to sweep the floor, pick up the trash, and put it in the trashcan. This is also why the relationship between a parent and a child is so combustible because of constant arguments and fights over telling a child what to do versus what the child wants to do. In an attempt to teach negotiating skills via Direct Instruction and related High-Stakes/High-Order program learning models children learned how to control their parents with demands and threats. Parents agreed with schools when they promised to teach children via progressive techniques that mixed social engineering with academic subject matter. What they got are workforce development centers that took conflict resolution, critical thinking, and negotiation skills development and turned children against their parents. I am sorry, people will argue with me over this one, but if they looked at the objectives, studied the syllabus', tracked the electives, subjects, and associated reading, programs, and got their hands on those assessments, they would see how so-called progressive teaching techniques stripped the child of any critical thinking or conflict resolution skills, because the 'learned' negotiation skills made them so selfish that today respect and discipline is a form primitive behavior. Sure you could blame taking God and eliminating spankings as a major reason for the out-of-control "Children of the Corn" young folk. But, I attended school after God and prayer was removed, the difference is that my parents still disciplined me and they did so with the HELP of society. Today, if your mother spanks you are punish you all you have to do is go to school and complain to your school counselor and the Parent Police is knocking on your mother's door. Parents really need to understand that the school works for the children, not them. When they understand that, maybe they will get their heads together and elect people that will change the laws and regulations. Maybe, just maybe the parents will agree to eliminate the U.S. and State Departments of Education. It's called the return of Local Control. Besides, Jimmy Carter created the U.S. Department of Education and gave it to the NEA as a thank you for this election win. Anyway, I was talking about Direct Instruction that evil method for stripping the human brain from its inherited ability to REASON and THINK logically. A person exposed to Direct Instruction is unable to drive without causing accidents or serious harm to others because common sense is not common, they make a left turn without caring to look out for on-coming traffic or is not able to gauge the rate of speed of the on coming traffic because they cannot compute speed ratio, reaction, and time at one time. They need Direct Instruction. Those exposed to Direction Instruction can easily pass a driving test giving an appearance that they understand the responsibility of driving because the instructor is in the car telling them to back up, park, make a left, stop etc but when they are behind the wheel with their friends, on the cell phone, changing a CD, or just plan talking their brains cannot perform multi-function tasks. Did the system fix the problem associated with education or did they fabricate a problem and convince society to accept the pre-determined solutions so that they could create laws that stripped rights and freedoms for an agenda? You my dear will be a part of a generation that will demand answers to this question. Regarding the education reforms associated with math commonly called "Fuzzy Math." Under these guises, as long as a child could use Bloom's Affect Domain approach to justify why he or she thinks 2+2=6, is correct. This is the method by which the state school reform determines a child's ability to think critically to a problem and resolve it. Nothing about this is academic. Because if it were, 2+2 would equal 4 and that would be an absolute, like it was when your Aunt and I were in school. In a world where nothing is absolute and everything is relative, anything goes. In the school setting, you as a child are the customer. Your parent is the breeder that cannot be involved in establishing the desired outcome. Your parent can only be involved in helping the school meet the desired outcome. This is why the system today does not like advocates. Advocates are rebellious and cause problems for the school that is punished by the withholding of funds when they fail to meet the objectives set by the state. Today I wonder why it is that in Maryland you have to score higher on the Maryland State Assessment in all content areas in order to meet the state defined proficiency levels than you have to in order to pass the so-called State High School Assessments. In addition, I am amazed at why it is that most children in majority minority school districts are not exposed to Geometry before the 5th grade yet, they are required to pass Algebra by the 7th grade in order to be tracked for college; not to mention, they only need to pass both Geometry and Algebra on the state High School Assessment. Oh, and math is a huge part of the SAT. Baby, you really need to work on your penmanship because by today, the new SAT considers not only the clarity of penmanship used in the written essay, but the punctuation and grammar. Did you know that most of the children in middle school today wasn't even exposed to an English teacher until just before they were scheduled to be assessed by the state? What grieves me about this is that while our school districts are crying fowl over the lack of money, the state department of education is allocating more Title 1 money to rich/wealthy communities than what it sends to the poor school districts? However, unless a student obtains a skills certificate via the High School Assessments, they will not be allowed to enter a local community college. It seems as though no one is paid attention to the fact that students entering community colleges needed two years of high school remediation before they could start a two-year degree certificate program to work on cars or be a dentist assistant. Lay people have not connected the fact that the High School Assessment will be the sole device used to determine whether a student is BASIC, PROFICIENT, or ADVANCED, which determines whether they are ready for a job, a career, a community college course (low or mid level employment), or a four year degree program for upper management or business ownership. Phew, I have so much to tell you. Since Year 2000, I have been waiting, (with bated breath) for a school district somewhere in the U.S. to report that a majority minority school district out scored its white or rich counterparts. When are they ever going to get the point that they lost control over their own education and that the achievement gap will never be eliminated until the truth is revealed? Parents, why have you continued to let the school allow your child to behave anyway they want? It saddens me greatly to know the plan and listen to parents at PTA meetings agree to implement a program named "Success for All, Upward Bound, Atlas, Modern Red School House, Cohen Connect, Comprehensive, Roots and Wings, or some other 'feel good' themed named school program. If people would only research the limits by which these limits and restrictions are placed on our schools I really understand what Rev. Frank Madison Reid III meant when he wrote WAKE UP FROM SLAVERY! You are trained to believe you have more rights than your parents. During the teenage years when you are naturally rebellious and finding yourself, you are trained by professionals that you can do anything you want inside the school walls, but you are not told that doing these things outside the school has dire consequences. You are told that the world will take care of you and that world owes you - that's the limit of the high self-esteem that is taught by the school. But when turn out to be selfish and disrespectful and act out your learned behavior, society has to put you in jail or punish you for being selfish and disrespectful. This is why it is easy for schools and governments to blame parents. The school teaches and trains High-Order thinking without low-order thinking. Because they did not tell parents that as so-called partners in raising and educating a child, the school does not teach consequences to actions, it teaches and trains all of the actions to the stimuli without the recourse for going to the extreme. An example to High-Order (High-Stakes) critical thinking is the teaching of history. They teach Black students about history as a reminder of slavery that indoctrinates them to believe that the world owes them something because 400 years ago, Blacks were oppressed into slavery. Across town, they teach the white students to be mindful of the Black fight for freedom. When the two people meet later in life there is either compassion or hate. The school taught this in a very high order leaving out the understanding of both sides of the issues and most certainly did not teach the two how to come together to make the world a better place. The High Order teaching leaves out common sense of right and wrong, which is called Low-Order thinking. As parents, we were supposed to understand what the schools taught so that we can help our children develop low-order thinking related to the school assignments. This is what has caused so much conflict and confusion inside of homes all over the world. And in my opinion, is the reason why so many families are broken and parents have become afraid of their children. Using Bloom's Affective Domain, the child's emotional level is raised to the point that demands placed on parents' borders life threatening reactions to any form of discipline. Schools failed to tell parents about the High-Ordering thinking methods. Schools implemented so-called educational programs that were developed by Psychologists and psychiatrists, not teachers. Why did schools fail to tell parents the truth about the side affects of these training methods, you ask? Had they adequately and proactively informed parents, they would have exposed the agenda! You see, before these programs were implemented, teachers and other educators and politicians were sent to seminars/workshops to be indoctrinated to believe that people who were parents of school aged children in the late 80's and early 90's before you were born, were not good parents because they were on drugs, or former addicts; were not college graduates and therefore had no appreciation for progressive education; were not politically active and therefore were not informed. The system had not proof of their attitude about parents, but today because uninformed parents allowed the state to survey their children while supposedly in English or History class, the system has clearly documented the personal data collected from unsuspecting children who told them everything they needed to label box in and control parents. Today, the system has justified why they have done to our education system using our taxdollars. It all started when the pilot reforms were first introduced in 1991, school districts all over America participated in a national survey in 1983 called Values Clarification. Again the name did exactly what it said it would do, clarify values. The then middle and high school students told the nosey psychologists that they were bored with traditional behaviors of their parents. They were tired of be made to go to church. They did not look forward to the future because their parents were not hired fairly. The results of this survey was presented to Congress in 1984 who then rolled out the Nation-at-Risk that birthed the new education reform agenda called America 2000. America 2000 was later totally revamped when Clinton took office in 1992 by replacing systemic rote academic learning with social reengineering experimental behavioral modification programs that were based on social economic status of the communities the schools served - thus the term High Stakes. Why would the school system teach and prepare your child to be a lawyer in a community that is labeled a crime ridden Hot-Spot, where teen pregnancy, STDs and HIV/AIDs, drugs, and unemployment, homeless, and welfare make up 80% of the population? If this school is a Title 1 school, then it needs social remediation before it can teach any form of academics. So they integrated fragments of academics (Direct Instruction and Bloom's Affective Domain) and other programs in the poorest school communities first because these parents are socially and economically dependent upon the government and therefore already used to government programs, which means they knew these parents would not pay attention this was done not only to lock down a certain race, but to work out the bugs in the new system. For the first five years of these new education reform programs that legally started in 1995, these programs were implemented only in majority poor or extremely rural communities while the wealthy/rich communities continued the traditional methods of teaching systemic rote academics. This period of time created the solid achievement gap that was documented then and stands today. At the five-year mark, which was year 2000, the law said, all children would come to school ready to learn. That meant all schools now was required to reform and come into the fold. By now, the rich and the white counterparts begin to complain that the dumb-down education system had hit their community. Well, it was easy to do when you consider the fact that during this time schools were required to eliminate the programs established to desegregate schools with what is known as 'bushing' or regular boundary changes. This process although not new, now is the method for busing children that have been trained to work in groups and that have the same proficiency level to be bused to schools so that they could be with their peers - those on the same education track who are comfortable with 'working' with each other. I call it the numbers game. Using the 'reward systems' associated with Direct Instruction to train a child to read and/or behave, the child demand rewards at home or seeks it from outside sources - thus the parents' inability to control their own children. Baby-girl, grandma is telling you all of this because you have already been labeled; not necessarily by your race although that is a major factor, but more so by the zip code of your home community school and your social economic status of your community. You have no choice in where you live and therefore should not be profiled by your zip code, but you are. Your friends will be naturally jealous of you because you can read, comprehend, and compute. They will use your talent to get over in college and at work. You must learn to teach your peers how to process information. Your leadership skills must master the ability to tell people what to do without belittling them because their pride/egos are strong because their affective domain part of their brain is stronger than the analytical comprehensive portion of their brain. This form of relationship will be frustrating for you and in most cases, cause you to travel with people of like mind leaving the others behind because times are going to be too rough for you to waste on people that are walking around like drones or zombies. The other impact to these awful educational programs is the labeling and drugging of children that schools promote. Never mind the side affects, the hearing of voices, and the adverse behaviors these drugs cause, the point that is compounded by these side affects is that children placed on these drugs must be on drugs for life, meaning that their employment potential is limited. I could go on and on about this but for your information and research when you get older, I want you to remember this; schools were forced to document 'needs' in order to apply for the money. When the Title 1 funding associated with the Elementary and Secondary Act of 1965 was reauthorized by Congress and signed by Bill Clinton in 1994, they changed the system of giving a poor/minority person a hand up and out of their situation to giving them a crouch to claim 'woe-is-me' for the rest of their lives that now live in a society that do not care about their self-pity. This is the reason the jail houses are full and have become such a big business. They closed down all vocational classes that taught children a skill such as electrician, woodwork, auto mechanic, or plumbing. These trade courses were closed/eliminated because the school claimed it no longer had money to sustain or maintain the classroom space and equipment needed to teach the trades. Yet, for the past generation, students especially males, that cannot meet the High-Stakes rigor do not have an outlet, unless you call a community center that do not even have good quality basket balls, or learning centers that require expensive memberships the place where our young males should go as an outlet what do you think the system wants for these youths? I have never seen failure be so successful in all my life. The schools were forced to document how many children came to school without eating breakfast, or who is on drugs, who has a behavior problem, or that goes to sleep in class. These are called behavior indicators that the state use as 'needs' the school has that must be addressed by some stupid program tailored to remediate the behaviors they created. Money is then given to the school districts with the most needs but the classroom does not get the money. In other words, the state applies for the money based on the school's itemized list of needs then the state allocates how much the school gets and what services are sent to the school for all these needs. This not only frustrates the teacher, but also causes the teachers to leave or be transferred to a better school system. Over time, parents and local community leaders decry fowl when it comes to money needed for the school without realizing the local school governance is controlled by the state education agency who predetermines what programs schools will implement. Parents gave up their rights in Maryland when they promoted the Education Funding Equity Funding Formula named after its commission leader Thornton. When you do the research on this history, you will find that I am right when I tell you that local control was stripped with the appointed board, the funding formula, and the education reforms - none of which desires parent advocacy involvement; they want parents that go along to get along. This is why by the time you reach the sixth grade; school enrollment will be so low that schools will be strapped with the poorest of the poor. 6. What grandma wants to impress upon your mind is that the state adopted High-Stakes education intends to implement a workforce development system (schools converted to new world workforce development centers) that strips the innocence of your childhood away from you and replace it with a interconnected series of staged/tiered tracking methods aimed at tracking you from birth to death. Soon, employers all over the world will be connected to their schools via Internet Portals that allows them to interface with the state to 'order' (as in order for purchase) the number and types of human resources they will need to meet their long term budget planning and states will then implement specialized training/education programs geared towards meetings fulfilling the order placed years prior by the business owner. This means that by 2010, when a telephone company needs 100 people to install fiber in Indonesia, they will pay the school system to train students that meet certain academic, physical, and mental requirements based on their workforce needs. The soon to be employee will then promise to work for a certain amount of years at a very low wage to repay for the specialized cost of training and in the cases where college degrees are required, the employer could give the student $100,000.00 for attending and completing a degree program (maintaining a certain grade point average), and agree to work for minimum wage for the first 10-years for the company that paid for their education. Note: You cannot change your mind or demand more money. Yet, being young and vulnerable, most will accept this form of slavery only to find themselves fighting to get out of the program's mandates when you fall in love, get married, have children, and/or decide to move out of town or simply own your own business. Currently there are ten (10) workforce regions in America. Each State has implemented workforce regions. In Maryland there are five (5) workforce regions. School districts that have CEO's as the head of their school system also have implemented workforce regions. Prince Georges' has five (5) workforce regions. Notice they are only doing this in majority minority or very poor school districts. Here's an example of how the system will work: An employer in workforce Region 1 in America (Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Rhode Island) can put out to bid on the upcoming Workforce Internet Portal the need for 500 workers to rebuild railroad tracks within their region. These workers will be paid, $7 an hour, must be able to live and work out of tents, and be able to handle sub degree weather. These people can read on a third grade level. They must be physically strong, good team players, and do not need to be able to write or compute. They will work on this assignment for three years. Every region within America will be able to bid on this workforce request. The human capital inventoried within the state's workforce system database and/or school system will be able to bid on this assignment. The winning bidder will be paid certain dollars for the human capital that will be farmed out to Region 1. This is what will soon become known as regional governance that will share resources because local government will see the need to share resources between themselves for public safety, law enforcement, transportation, and health care. Added to that will be the new workforce system that will be regionalized as a new economic Mecca that will help states make money between themselves and thus be free of the need for federal money - which will be gone by the time the Homeland Security team consolidate/close some agencies and sell off civilian agencies. There are five (5) global workforce regions. Europe/Atlantis, Eurasia = Asia, Africa, Australia, and Austria, North America (Canada)/United States, South America, and Mexico, and the Middle East. I am not sure which region numbers are assigned because they are fighting over the number designation. I do know that gone will be seven continents and replaced will be five regions each with a number that will match the five rings of the Olympics. Part of the war on terror will result in the establishment of these new regions. A global democracy will be established meaning that America must loose her Representative Republic and become a parliamentarian ruled country like the countries in the rest of her region and become a Democracy. At the young age of 8, your history books do not teach civics and American History the way it actually happened, because you must learn to become a global citizen and hate any form of patriotism or love for a single god. Therefore, when the global companies need 2000 workers in Africa that can develop/construct housing, offices, stores, and other forms of economic development projects, like roads, tunnels, bridges, and military bases, the bid will be placed across the world wide Internet Portal and all that bid and win, will be paid to send their human capital to Africa to live and work on this specific assignment. This is why you are being trained to get along with everybody and not be faithful to God all with a live and let live attitude. It does not matter, they do not care about your needs or your personal desires. This is why some schools are perceived to be better than others. In the new world, not everyone can be on the same academic level. This is why your parents and their peers believe that not everyone is going to college. The problem grandmamma has with this is that the state education agency determines which schools will groom, train, and prepare students for college. In the meantime, while this global workforce system is being developed, the system tracks students for college when a child can score 1000 or better on the new SAT, which you are years away from taking. If a student takes Algebra by the 7th grade, can pass the geometry high school assessment, and can score 1000 or better on the SAT the school system will literally accommodate whatever the child needs to ensure the college education is made available for that child. That is today tomorrow, the potential new slave masters will pay for the college education and the High School Assessment will determine who is eligible to go to college. Never mind the parent's desire or the student's dreams the High School Assessment will dictate what the child is able to do and thus determine his or her economic worth to the state. This is why state's like Maryland looks at the regulations associated with the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) of 2001 and get mad. Because according to the NCLB, regardless to where you live, your race, or your social economic status, it is a civil right to learn how to read, compute, and comprehend. The problem here is that people especially Blacks have been indoctrinated by political party leaders to hate the president so bad that they have never read the law, studied what has been implemented by the previous laws authorized by the Clinton Administration and are too busy making excuses for the loyalty to their political party to HEAR what Bush said it is a civil right to learn how to read. Hello! That means that the system has violated your rights people! That means sue! Only a class action lawsuit will force changes to the system. But your parents do not understand they are being used so that the Utopian system can grow legs and root itself, which means soon it will be impossible to reverse. I know your mommy would prefer to homeschool you but the truth is that after this system is complete, unless you can obtain a state high school diploma, you are unemployable. Children that are homeschooled and/or attend private school are the ones being hired today, but after 2010, these students will not be able to get a job because they did not go through the system. This is why educators, politicians, and New World Order's are debating over how High Schools will be reformed. This is your future; therefore unless my generation learn the issues in mass, and fight to correct the problems the profiled system goes forward. In order to be compliant to the NCLB, Maryland claim they replaced MSPAP with the Maryland State Assessment (MSA). The truth is that although the MSA is a far cry better than MSPAP, the state has incorporated the workforce investment human capital assessment objectives and goals as did MSPAP, in the MSA. You see, the global workforce will be and therefore the goals will be met. Since we cannot review the state contracts between testing companies and the state's educational performance measurements, whose to say that the state is not intentionally teaching low and testing high so as to document failure? Whose to say that there are not more than one assessment when the NCLB law says that all students must be tested using the SAME Test. Why are we allowing the state to assess and not test our children? All we do is complain. Who has read the laws, researched the regulations, and has followed the money trail from the schools through the state to the testing companies and creators of the education programs? What is the difference between a qualified teacher and a certified teacher? Baby, somebody other than me needs to be asking these questions and demanding answers. However baby, there is nothing in my Bible or my God given civil right that tells me that upon Jesus' arrival I am supposed to be illiterate! I do remember the Exodus of the Israelites. However, something tells me that in this era, we should have more control over our lives and be able to make spiritual and righteous decisions not be lead into 21st Century institutionalized slavery. It is my desire that people make informed decisions not to know and worship God. But who am I? Maybe, this is what is meant when the Bible says that all people will rise and take down the Government that they do not want us to talk about! Maybe this is why Churches have avoided teaching about Judgment Day. No, they want you to think that Jesus was about love, peace, forgiveness, and health when he was on earth but what about his return? Do you know people are not going to like him very much? His justice is not going to be as loving - in fact, it is going to be organized hell for a lot of people. See, what I just told you is a violation of the system's agenda. This is why they do not want you be around senior citizens or advocates. I am scaring you with my spiritual rhetoric. Yet, they allow you to watch Lord of the Rings, Thirteen, The Saw, Harry Potter, and all those bloody scaring movies that denounce God or beat those that worship God. Baby, if it is true that our children, in this case you my granddaughter, are our future, and I am supposed the leave the world better than it was when I was raised, then what are we doing supporting a system that intends to trade and treat us all like slaves? How can I look you in the face ten years from now and answer to my advocacy when the only job for you means you have to work as hotel worker in China that is of course, unless our family can pull our resources together to get you tutored so that you can score 2400 on a SAT or attend a private school - at least you will be the owner. Which brings me to my next point. What good is a public school if by zip code it can only meet a state defined AYP that is not compliant with true concept of NCLB? I bet your parents do not even understand what that means. Since most parents refuse to listen, maybe they will listen to you. The AYP (Adequate Yearly Progress) is the NCLB process for determining whether students are meeting the 'academic' goals aimed at undoing the academic damage done by the former education reform experiment. Does the school teach systemic rote phonics based reading? Does the school teach penmanship? Does the school teach math and cognitive comprehension? Does the school teach well-rounded arts, history, science, and math? Does the school measure its success against what a child knows and have mastered versus what he or she can do/perform? The answer to these questions lies in how states interpret the AYP. Since Maryland was one of the first 15 states to implement the workforce development experiment and did so in majority minority communities first, then it became one of the first states to rebel against the mandates of NCLB because it had already invested billions in tax dollars and years of lying to parents, educators, and elected officials about the long term plan for the global agenda. In fact it sought waivers for the implementation of the rote academic education mandates placed on them when President Bush signed the law in 2001 because according to their justification for not implementing the NCLB mandates, the state had signed contracts with companies that are enforce until 2008 and therefore, cannot seek relief until then. This means that being 100% compliant to the NCLB could take another three years so while other states are getting back to basics in teaching academics, Maryland took the AYP and conformed it to the school improvement indicators that are measured based on the worth the state education agency has placed on the school district the same as it was doing with MSPAP under the former education reform laws. In other words, based on 'assessed' financial projections of its human capital, the return on investment (money spent on each school district), is balanced by how much money the state can make off each student. If the student is only going to bring $5 an hour, then guess what; the school does not need to teach the child how to read. However, if the school is going to produce doctors, lawyers, engineers, CEO, political leaders, etc then the AYP value is higher. This means that even schools that are not teaching their students to master reading can in fact make AYP because it is lowered or raised based on worth to the state. This is why we do not control what programs are implemented in our schools, which books are purchased, what homework is assigned, or what teachers teach. This is why we will never see the assessment and never understand why the proficiency levels are set by the state education agency. Oh, I should tell you that any employee, CEO, superintendent or educator that defies this rule is removed from the system and made an outcast to the general public. I wish your parents understood how the dumb-down process was implemented before you were born. This would make life so easy for them when selecting a school for you to attend. Before NCLB became law and thus mandatory, schools taught this Direct Instruction and Whole Language for reading. By the time the child was assessed in the third grade, the child could not read or comprehend therefore failed the state assessment. Those that analyzed the third grade assessment generated an annual report and recommendations were made for each child, which are implemented by the school base management team. If a child's individual assessment indicates that the child could not comprehend the questions asked on the state's third grade assessment, then the child was screened for ADD or some other form of mental learning disability. Parents of this child was forced to place the child on a special education program and for most, they were put on drugs. Some parents misused the system to gain educational support for their child by claiming their child to be a behavioral problem at home, which helped the school meet its desire to identify needs for the school to use to justify more money. The child now has a school developed IEP that is not being followed and in most cases, not even updated; that is unless the parent is an advocate and understands the processes. The problem with the labeling game is that children with true disabilities are slighted because now so many children are documented with a behavior, mental, or learning disability that marginalizes all forms of special education services. In other words, by the time to school completed documenting the needs, no one child is NORMAL! Once parents learned that their children were in the 6th grade and could not read, enter the next wave of reforms: "Reading Recovery" in the form of an after school or 8th grade reading remediation program. Guess what? The brain is locked by then and unable to absorb a new way of learning. In addition, we later found that the Reading Recovery program was a scam. It was nothing more than whole language to the 5th-power with a dab bit more phonics. Did this raise the scores; for some, but not for those that made the numbers count for our local economic development plan. Once the brain is locked, learning is mute. By then the child is rebellious, hiding behind its ignorance, and totally out of control. Only those parents that realized what happened secured tutoring for their child. Tutoring only worked when the tutor knew how to DEPROGRAM the student and start over. Be mindful that from that point onward, the child is placed on a workforce track. He or she is either going to go to work or not graduate from school. Either way, the child is lucky if they obtain a G.E.D. later in life. If they do not graduate, they will be listed in the state's workforce regional database and farmed out to low income jobs that do not require high-level skills. In the future, those that do not graduate will be sent immediately to work because the goal set by the federal government for states is to be financially self-sustaining (not dependent on the federal government for funding), by forcing states to make money off of the human capital manufactured by the school systems a.k.a. workforce development centers. This is why they forced schools to eliminate vocational schools. Now that the High School Assessments are about to become a must past 'test' before they can graduate, students that were not exposed to Algebra by the 7th grade or could not make proficiency on the Maryland State Assessment given to 3 - 8 grade students (10th grade reading) will not be invited to take the English, Geometry, Biology, Science, or History High School Assessments, because failing any of these models means a bad mark on the school and that is punishable by lost of school funding. It would be easier to send the student home (allow to dropout at age 16) than to let a student take a test they know cannot pass or be forced to use precious recourses remediating and allowing them to retake the assessments. These students are manufactured defects. This is why some schools are now requiring students to take the SAT/PSAT around the 6th grade; this is the quality control check to determine whether the product is marketable or defective. Nevertheless, once the child is placed on the school's special education list, the child now is placed on a no-diploma, which means the child will NOT go to college. This child is tracked to go to work in Iran or working on the railroad in America's Region 1. Okay, so you will have friends that do want to go to college, I understand that. But without a trade or a certified skill, where will they end up? One day soon, the world is going to wake up to realize that there is only one police system. Our local police are already being asked to perform duties of social service workers. Tomorrow, they will report to NATO and be known as Humanitarian Officers of PEACE. Think about what you just heard and documented. The new economy will look like this. a. There will be no more than two companies per industry. This is why we have been witnessing companies merging into one corporate entity. These companies are global and intend to be the only company in every country for that industry. I have been watching the battle between Verizon and Quest over who will control MCI. The owner of MCI will have the global share of long distance services and be the sole competitor of AT&T. That locks in the two for the industry. b. Capitalism will exist only at the Country-to-Country level between regions and governments, which will use the resources of the WTO, WHO, IMF, and FTAA. c. Enterprise will exist at the trading levels of industries within state/country boundaries serving the global economy. d. Socialism will exist at the local level. e. Democracy will exist across the board as the only form of political governance; with one difference, we will be electing those groomed by the system to replace their family members or peers. You ask, who did this to us? You see, you are already learning how to ask solid questions. The system that did this had good intentions. The global agenda desires to create a peaceful global society that will be able to work and play together without hate, fear, or sickness. PEACE! The ideals modeled and generated after Germany's socialist economic system. The fight for global governance and leadership is between the European Union and the United Nations. The fight for global peace is between the Muslims and the Christians. Whichever way this ends up, the ruler will determine money, religion, law enforcement, and workforce development. Big Business and large government bodies are responsible for attempting to establish this UTOPIAN SOCIETY. What I am afraid of is that no one will believe this until it is too late. I am also concerned that those we have elected (especially on the state and federal levels) have been responsible by their voting records, for laying the foundation for this system to build upon. Once the brick is in place, it is easy for the rest of the foundation to be laid and the slippery slopes slides from there. One thing is for certain; the Genie is out of the bottle. And you know that you cannot put a Genie back into the bottle, it can only go back it when it gets ready. Who did this? In my opinion, that answer lies in the battle between good and evil. That may be a bit abrasive, but that is the answer. If today, everything is relative, then the absolutes must be good or just; which means the relative is bad or evil. In order for you to escape this system, the following must occur immediately. What should you help your parents do to protect your future from this WILD BEAST? 1. Learn to fight all forms of relatives and political correctness with absolutes and stand firm. 2. You should tell them that you are tired of completing a job application in 7th Grade English. You should tell them to fight for school choice; not vouchers, but parent led charter schools, or more private schools that are inexpensive. 3. You should tell your parents that their voting record stinks. They have voted for the party favorite from ballots that tell them how to vote because they have not followed the cardinal rule for what being a good citizen means watch and follow the legislative and political process. To do this, your parents must either rely on good information from community advocates, unconventional political candidates, or be actively engaged in the process for themselves. We are to keep watch and stay sober. 4. You should ask your parents to read and study your homework or demand to see it when it is not sent home. Your parents should demand answers as to why 4th grade children are required to read Heather has two mommies, Daddy's Roommate, The Giver, George Orwell's 1984, Alex Huxley's Brave New World, or books on magic or gods. 5. You tell them to align with like-minded people and learn how to educate others. 6. Share this information with your friends. Tell them not to let the school place them on the special education list. 7. Take academic education seriously. Remember as the customer or product, whatever you want to do is allowed. So instead of goofing-off with your friends or getting caught up in some gang or sex ring, demand the teachers to teach you everything she can. She will do whatever you ask but you have to know that only you can ask, not your parents. Parents have no rights over you inside the school. 8. Learn to read between the lines. You may have to lie on the test to get the right answer. By lying I mean chose the answer you know is morally or ethically wrong because they are tracking whether you have conformed to the progressive new world that will not fight for traditional values, attitudes, morals, and beliefs. As long as you know why you are doing this get the paper and move out of the system so that you can educate others. Do you understand what I mean by reading between the lines? This is a skill. You must learn to adjust to what is expected in order to score high on the assessments or tests. The sad reality is that you have to stay focused and not loose your integrity. If this causes you to be uncomfortable, then you must take a stand inside the school to ensure the concerns you have are addresses without recourse. Believe me when I tell you because of the threat placed on their jobs, the school's finances and other forms of punishments makes them very protective of this agenda. 9. Learn to ask the right questions. Ask questions that cut to the core of the issue. Do not be told what to do without understanding why you have been asked to do it. 10. Pray that the system realizes the err of its ways so that the land can be healed soon and above all, be an advocate with no fear. I love you.
