Thanks for taking the time to visit this site. I developed it to provide a way for you to stop by one or twice a month to obtain information needed to quickly for personal and community empowerment. Feel free to share this site with others. Encourage them to get involved and stay informed.

Do You Really Know The Issues? Or, are you repeating what you read and see via print/audio media? Is it too confusing for you to catch up and get involved? Do you feel like there is an agenda mixed up with everything? Um, well you are right. We are in the middle of a serious battle between righteous and evil! We are right where the Holy Bible said we would be and tis the season to get some understanding.

In 1996, something happened that caused me to get involved in politics, education, and the economic development issues in my community. In 1998, I was called by the Lord to become a community 'global' Watchdog regarding education reform in America. In 1999, I renewed my belief and faith Jehovah God and sought the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. All of a sudden, one day, I disciplined myself to stop asking why me. I began praying for wisdom and understanding, and since then, I wake up each day reciting Is 6:8 " Here I am Lord, send me." Today, I am like a lone voice in the wilderness telling people why things are and being controversial and bold. Like the drum-major for change, I have beaten the same drumbeat since 1998. My favorite quote is by General George Patton: "When everyone is thinking alike, someone is not thinking!"

Now that things I said in 1998 would happen has started happening, people are grasping for information from other sources and are receiving bits and pieces without a full understanding of WHY. People still fail to connect the dots back to the root cause other issues... like education reform, the global trade agreements, peace treaties, world health initiatives, war on poverty, war on crim, and the so called war on terror. People don't seem to understand how the education system was 'used' to intentionally create poverty, which is root cause to criminal behaviors. What does one need to understand? He needs a spiritual set of eyes, ears, mind, and heart. In addition, I find that in most cases, people who are not degreed (especially people that do not have a PhD  next to their name) are the first to grasp the freedom associated with the truths I spew about the New World Order and Biblical fulfillment.

It's really easy for me. First I believe that every word written in the Holy Bible was indeed inspired by God as documented in 2 Timothy 3: 16. Second, since I believe that the Holy Bible is the word of God, I believe then that Revelation 17:13 and 17 will be fulfilled, when it says that in the end, our world governments will be thinking as one and will 'agree' to deliver their kingdoms to the beast until the WORD returns for a second time. Well, that made reading the all of the international agreements and the federal, state, and local laws much easier to read because I read the laws with a suspicious mind that there is a connection back to this fulfillment - and I am looking to make the connection. Though I might not know as I read how issues, people, places, events, and things connect to fulfillment, with the Holy Bible in one hand (having the Holy Ghost as my teacher and protector) and giving God permission to order my steps for his Glory, paying close attention to the news and the word of man allows me to listen with an understanding, allows me to reserve and retain information because I know it will be used in the future to tie things together. Its been almost 15-years since the experience I had on April 26, 1996, led me to make a promise that one day will be my 'eulogy'; Ecclesiastes 7.

In 2004, I decided I would never be laid off from a Corporate American JOB again. When I was 'laid-off' in August of that year, I stepped out on faith and started a small business - in helping others. This allows me time to work in the community, research issues, and be on the 3rd Watch.

Yes, its akin to putting God's word to the test. Like my father said to me when he passed on his Watchdog baton before he died in 1998 and before I understood what he was doing. He said, baby girl, I give you this, my list of scriptures to watch for as they are fulfilled. He said to me, you have to promise me one thing. You do not have to believe a word I have ever told you about the WORD of God, he said. You never have to pay attention to the world around you. However, if you decide to follow in my footsteps then start by questioning my teachings and God's prophecies. If you find that one of these (per the list of scriptures he gave me) were fulfilled in your lifetime then you have a serious decision to make or be in violation of 'blood guiltiness' as described by Ps 51:14. If you chose to cry out loud, then you will be blessed by God and taunted by man. So it was, one day-after the infamous situation…I was studying the federal education reform laws that were passes in 1994: "Goals 2000 Educated America Act", "School-to-Work Act", and "Improving America's Schools Act"…when the words, global citizens popped off the page and into my mind where's dad's voice rang…ONE WORLD RULER FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME…! Ops, 'dare it is… What was I supposed to do?

I think I made the right decision, I started talking to others. I tried to keep a low profile, but I couldn't. I ran for local office, I ran for state office. I ran for president of NAACP, because I understood the need for a real class action lawsuit. I set up web sites, I collected thousands of emails, I kept reading, researching, connecting the dots, and declaring. Today, I am still on the case, speaking truth to power and am very blessed with God's favor because I am witness that goodness and mercy really does follow me around. My daddy was right and God had to make good on my daddy's promise to me. And because of that HE will provide my need and I shall not want.

You are on this site because you know that something is rotten in demark, the easiest way for me to help you in the short time you have to learn for yourself and teach others, is to categorize the ISSUES and make the connection with bullet statements so that your eyes are opened. I used to send emails with long wordy documents trying to get the word out. People would read them and some of the information would make for good water cooler conversation; but for the most part, while the information was factual and hard-hitting, the affect on change it would have was like dropping a lit match on a wet street...the fire stayed lit and it burned on the way down, but is fizzled out quickly because the amount of water over powered the fire.

While I am still watching and still paying attention to issues, I am more focused on researching and keeping this site up-to-date then sending emails to a few thousand people. The issues are not going to change - because we are heading in the same direction - the fulfillment of Rev 17. This means that it really does not mean who is in office - a Republican or Democrat, Independent, or Green Party; the only difference is what they name the issue. Today, its education reform, tomorrow its school accountability. The goal is remove local control and independent governance.

Between - 1992 - 1998, Congress started 'reforming' every law and every public service. The very first thing the reauthorization of NAFTA/CAFTA/GATT. When the Bill Clinton signed the new treaties, he established a new plan for how America would control the Global Economy. Establishing a Global Economy required the establishment of a new public education system. In 1998, schools began transitioning from public schools to workforce development centers. Workforce Development Centers manufacturers' human capital for what will soon be known as the state's economic resource for a self-sustainable government; when Congress dismantles the role of the Representative Republic. Yelp so much for sovereignty! Everything must be reformed! With the new reforms, Congress can remove regulations and barriers that allow them to connect each public service to each other and link all agencies, rules, mandates, funding streams, oversights, and continuation to ONE SYSTEM! In the background to all these reforms are agencies led by non-elected officials that are creating mountains of committees that are made up of non-elected committee members, who have specific agendas; take control from one place and move it to the new regime.

Don't you think for a moment that when banks, car manufacturers, investment firms, and other former leaders in the old capitalism failed, that it was because these corporate entities did it on purpose. Sure, there is a huge amount of greed and corruption and yes, folks were caught, and yes, innocent people are paying the price. We all are in caught up in this mess and are affected one way or another. Go back to the previous paragraph and read it again. Between 1992 and 1994, Congress started reforming every law and every public service. Trade agreements were signed. In 1998, when Congress enacted the Workforce Development Act, it also forced more than 1,000 new regulations on every Fortune 500 company in America. Do your homework, Congress forced companies to leave America and move to other countries - it was part of the peace and trade agreements. Companies that did not comply, were forced to merge or go out of business. Capitalism? Socialism? No, Marxism! You see, in the New World, 'ONE' we cannot have a Bill Gates (self made billion out-of-control) that spends his money on undercutting the government's global agenda. (I just thought I'd drop that one on you to stimulate your intellectual properties so that you can connect the dots as to why the Government tried to sue Bill Gates).

This site is designed in a way to help you connect the dots. My goal is to help you learn the issues.  My objective is to make you a smarter VOTER! Do not be faithful to the party. Vote on the issues and the people with the right position and solution on the issues.  I vote for the person that is on the right side of the issues that will cause me to sin the lease - which means,  whether they are Democrat or Republican, I generally vote conservative. Once you make the connection, go research the issues and come back to this site, pick another issue to repeat the process. It's really not that hard to figure out. It's time we stop playing with each other and adversely affecting so many lives.

There is one little problem, if you become a believer, you have to share this information and teach others or you will be in violation of blood guiltiness. Therefore, whatever you do, please please, once you learn the issues, teach someone else. Let's stop being so dependable and predictable!

RACE

During the mid-1990's the discussion was held to eliminate affirmative action because the people that it was meant for (blacks) were not using the program. Congress realized that Asians were manipulating the laws by getting their citizenship, applying for business licenses under the Affirmative Action clauses and buying small businesses from local minorities, cleaners, carry-out food restaurants, nail salons, and beauty supply outlets were the types of businesses that Asians maintained. These Asians sent taught their children to work at the businesses, sent them off to college, and the male children ended up with the 'IT' and science/medical degrees while the female children ended up with the business. It worked well. These Asians went through the process of applying for a visa and becoming a U.S. citizen through the proper channels.

They understand the 'race' issues in the U.S. and they know how the economic games are played. And that is why I say they are able to manipulate the Affirmative Action laws. Blacks that owned the businesses that Asians now own were third generation family members that did not care to keep up the business after their grandparents died. These grandparents maintained these businesses back in the 50's and 60's. They own and paid for homes. They worked during a time when a person stayed employed for one company for 40 years then retired. By the late 80's these grandparents started dying. Instead of keeping the legacy alive, the 30-something year old family member sold the house, the business, and anything else that were willed to them to the Asians or to the highest real estate bidder - who sold it to the Asians.

White flight and Black redlining has been an issue that is a revolving door that forever turns. The cycle is about 20 years. It happened in the District of Columbia in the Mid-70's and its happening again in 2006. Nothing new here except the definition of economic development. Taxes are higher for mom and pop businesses than are for those businesses that can replicate globally. Best Buy, Lowes, Staples, McDonalds, KFC, etc… these businesses receive the huge tax breaks because they locate within the 21st Century Empowerment Zones or Revitalization Zones that is funded by the federal government for local governments/townships that agree to create zero tolerance policies such as (removing all guns, no smoking indoor or outdoors, lower blood alcohol levels for DUI, raise prison penalties, eliminate Crosses and anything that refers to Jesus from their prayers, community meetings, or public spaces, and change their public safety systems to accommodate regional governments and share resources.

The global businesses promise to hire the locals who have been dumb-downed so as to appreciate their salary and love themselves. The businesses receive huge tax breaks and concessions from the local governments at the expense of the tax payer or local homeowners. The schools get to brag about hiring rates and retainer-ships. The government and political leaders get to promote their ability to negotiate good business that is economically sound, politically correct, and safe. We have a Best Buy or an AppleBee's in our community just like our wealthy counterpart and we are happy.

The plan is to eliminate 'race' and the problems associated with segregated racism. Having one race 'mankind' (notice I did not say 'humankind'). Think about it this way, a single race is needed for a one-size fits all healthcare system, education system, and economic system.  (Return TOC)

HEALTHCARE

Sickness, pain, and suffering due to diseases (genetic or otherwise), is the biggest fear to mankind today. In addition to the fear of sickness comes the costs associated with healthcare. Man has come a long way towards cures and preventative care. Soon, scientists will release cures for the more serious forms of sicknesses such as AIDs and other STDs, diabetes, and some cancers. To control a society and ensure that we stay within our little boxes, Medicare, healthcare, and cures will be made available to the lease amongst us. Pure happiness across the land. Peace and security is the plan our leaders have for us. Who needs God when these cures are handed to us by man? Never mind the fact that God gave them the provisions and that without God they could have never performed the wonderful works. Never mind the fact that their works along fulfill what is written. But, the untaught masses and those churchgoers that never read the Word for them self will believe what Man will promote as himself to be the savior for what man needs to survive. And thus the 'other' fulfillment!

This one is easy. One healthcare system for all! Go onto Google or BING and type in Hillary Care. This system exists in the UK and Canada. Yes, whether you need it or not everybody has healthcare into the same system. Here's how it will work. In education, there will be a healthcare service provided at or near a public school facility for the students and their poor families. Today, they will receive non-emergency treatment. They can receive anything from an eye exam - to flu shots. In addition, abortion via the pill or dental work may be performed at school. The nearest HMO will assist the community health agency for cuts, breaks, or minor inquiries. The hospital takes healthcare to the next level. Who pays for the system? The taxpayers! Can you have your own private healthcare doctor? Yes, but it will be like paying for private school for your child and still have to pay taxes for others to go to public school. Only a few will be able to afford such a private service. Doctors will be forced to pool their resources into the Healthcare for all system. Just like real estate, education, retail, transportation, and food service, medical services could be based on race, illness, and region.

If the Health Care for all is made law in the U.S. , in five years, you can break your arm and call the main number for this system and be given an appointment that is three weeks away. Never mind the fact that forcing states to tie into a federal health care system violates the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. You can need medicine and have to wait days for someone to call you and they still might not be the right person. You could have an accident and be left for dead because of regionalizing services; or even worse, be told that the closet EMS team is working in another county. The American people will buy into this concept, largely because we are gullible, mostly because we are too trusting of the government, and basically because if a Liberal president is in office, then the majority of the special interest groups will rule. Being overtly led to implement a government own nationwide medical system is socialism led by fascists.

Did you know that there are special interest groups that have lobbied Congress to euthanize senior citizens when they reach a point in life where they cannot take care of themselves? Did you know that a special interest group would test a pregnant mother's genes to determine the chances her child could have diabetes, cancer, or other diseases that could cost the taxpayers more than the cost of providing normal preventative care such as vaccines and cognitive tests? Did you know that special interest groups would rather we be cremated than buried? (Cemeteries are consuming too much green space.) Did you know that pharmaceutical firms need real people to experiment on to determine how well the new meds will work - because they need a shorter time to market? Profiling neighborhood?

By the time the Health Care for all becomes an issue, most of America will be unemployed with no insurance, no medical plans, and homeless. In 2006, when I posted this information, too many people were in dire need of proactive medical care and preventative medical maintenance. BIRTH CONTROL PILL

Since 1920, when the 19th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution was ratified, women have fought for certain freedoms. Sexual liberties were gained based on the individual pursuit of personal happiness and freedom. By the time women were ready to come out of the kitchen and stop being barefoot and pregnant, women sought freedom from being mothers by controlling when they would give birth. By the mid-1950's, women were publicly flashing more skin than ever before, they were putting cigarettes to their lips, and wearing jackets, shirts, and dresses with pads that squared off their shoulders just like men. By then, women had the help of history because they HAD to help make weapons for the Second World War, which meant they could perform manufacturing jobs equal to men. By then, women experienced managing businesses and family. So it was only natural that by the mid-50's women would seek freedom to control giving birth. By the mid-60's when welfare and women infant care programs became social entitlements, poor women were placed on birth control and doctors were performing sterilization surgeries. How many women are dying of ovarian cancers, have had to have a complete hysterectomy (removal of the uterus or womb), and/or how many woman cannot have children because of the side effects connected with birth control? Do I need to explain the connection birth control medicines have on Breast Cancer?

Our political establishment and special interests groups have taught us that women should have the right to chose. The term is Pro-Choice. While I am in no position to tell a woman what she can or cannot do with her body because the God I serves gives us free-will, I can say this: if the unborn baby was given a choice to live or die, it would chose life and that I am certain of. Note: This issue is an extreme liberal political view. We need to teach abstinence until marriage and save the children, prevent the deceases, and protect the health of women and children in the world.

Margaret Sanger, the founder of  Planned Parenthood, advocated for forced sterilization of societies undesirables in 1932. According to Mike Richmond, a well-known researcher on the issue:

["To give certain dysgenic groups in our population their choice of segregation [concentration camps] or sterilization", advocated the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger in April 1932 ("A Plan For Peace", Birth Control Review; see 'appendix' for this full unabridged seminal article). Which country pioneered forced sterilization in the 20th century, Germany or the United States of America? The German program began in January 1934, but the U.S. state of Indiana passed a forced sterilization law (for mental defectives) in 1907 (when Adolf Hitler was 18 years old). Before the German program began, at least seventeen U.S. states (including California) had 'forced sterilization' laws. Before 1930 there were 200-600 forced sterilizations per year (in the U.S.A.) but in the 1930s the rate jumped to 2,000-4,000 per year.]

RU-486

RU-486 is a pill that if taken can abort an unborn human being from a woman's body. This pill was first approved by the UN's as a population control measure used as an uncover label known as birth control. It took a while before America's FDA would approve the pill for use by women 18 and over. Some cities allow this pill to be sold over-the-counter. The pill is marketed to the low-income communities first. We should protest any store that sell this pill over the counter. And we should demand that our doctors not prescribe this drug to our daughters. If we are not careful and we allow this pill to progress in society, soon, school nurses will be allowed to prescribe this pill without parental consent. Already in some states, young girls (under 18) are able go to the doctor with a referral from a school nurse. We need to be very careful of this pill. It's shelf name is Plan B, for when Plan A fails. (Return TOC)

GROUPED ANIMALS

Get out your Holy Bible (God's WORD), and open it to Genesis 1:26 - 31. It reads: "Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground." So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground." Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground-everything that has the breath of life in it-I give every green plant for food." And it was so. God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning-the sixth day."

In the New World, (the one-world-order) the government will establish a system that treats animals, plants, and mankind the same. In this case, equity means fair; not justice. The same equity that is used to fund education and local governments = FAIR! In a system that will soon have limited resources, the regulatory statues and legal processes will provide equal rights to protecting the environment, animals, and mankind as equals. Meaning our needs will be divided equally to ensure that the environment and animals are taken care of and protected. If you pay close attention, you might believe that animals have more rights than some humans - especially minorities. Some people treat their dog better than they would a minority human being.

That is a fact.

Today, in most urban cities before you can adopt a pet from a local animal shelter, a pet counselor has to come to your home and witness the pet's behavior around that of each family member. And if a family member does not display love or caring feeling for the pet, then the family is not allowed to adopt that pet - I don't care how bad the 5-yr-old wants it. The home becomes a bad home for the pet. If the pet displays different behavior when returns to the shelter one week after being with a potential family, the family is questioned by the counselor to learn what the pet was exposed to and why it is not as attentive as it was before the family had him for a week. If the animal spent time with a third-party (a person that cared for it temporally or rehabilitated it after it was retrieved from an abusive previous home) and the pet is more aggressive after it was with the new family then, the family could be made to pay for remedial training.

In addition, to this treatment, the animal is neutered/spaded, given all its shots, and is licensed. What most people do not know, the pet is also micro-chipped. Yelp, for an average cost of between $75 and $120 dollars, the shelter surgically inserts a rice size micro-chip in the pet that is programmed with the new owner's personal demographic information. If the pet is ever in a compromised situation, lost, attack a neighbor, stolen, hit by a car, killed, carcass thrown in the trash, or whatever else one can think of that proves the owner is guilty of neglect, then all the animal control has to do is scan the animal and collect the data from the micro-chip and the owner could find him or herself being carted off to jail, assess a serious fine, or performing some serious community service.

Watch cable channel in your area entitled 'Animal Planet.' Each of the 21 major cities has an agency called a division in their public safety unit called Animal Police Department.

While I believe there should be a degree of animal control and that not all animals, reptiles, or fowl make good pets and yes there should be laws regulating these issues, I have a huge problem with being treated equal to an animal when it comes to how my tax dollars are spent.

Why would I budget millions for an Animal Police Unit when I do not have enough police on the street to protect the people in certain communities? Why would I allow precious resources to be spent on a surgery for an animal when poor children need surgeries for special needs?

There has always been an Animal Control unit of government. A shelter for animals has always existed. However, in the late 1990's we watched shelters start to lose funding and threaten to close down because they did not have enough money to operate. However, as soon as the shelters agreed to take the federal funding for animal rehabilitation, the shelters grew and expanded their jurisdictional reach. Do you know how much data is collected on a family with a pet that is micro-chipped? Imagine the GPS data being collected on the study of man and animal relationships. You do not have to sign up for a study nor do they have to pay you to participate in the study…you paid to be a part of it and you are paying for the care of the animal. WOW! Getting rich concepts and free labor!

Here's something to think about. What happens when a person that owns the micro-chipped pet gives the pet to a family member in another state? Unless the out-of-state family member is told to take the pet to a shelter and have its ownership information reprogrammed, the pet is still owned by the first family member. Who's responsible for the animal even though it belongs to someone else that lives in another state? What if that person gave the animal away to a complete stranger? What if the animal got hit by a car and was killed? What if that state had laws that considered the accident animal neglect?

This is what our local governments had to agree to implement in order to get the federal funding to keep the animal shelter opened. And the people were not required to participate in a public hearing. The local government pulled together a small committee that concluded to the predetermined outcome and agreed to the requirements that they presented to the local government or political establishment in charge. You did not even know about this because the local newspaper did not see this to be news-worthy.

Try adopting a pet from a local animal shelter from an urbanized township or city. You could pay up to $300.00 and be put through a litany of personality/behavioral tests to determine if you are capable of being a good pet owner. All you have to do is be willing to treat the pet like it was your child. Oh, there is one difference, you do get to discipline the pet so long as its not too abusive. Go figure!

Think about the Animal Rights group known as PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. These are the people that are using the same techniques as the homosexual rights organizations…off the backs of Blacks; PETA intend to make their point to gain more rights for animals. Recently, PETA has been in the news for using the picture of a chained elephant foot and a picture of a chained slave both pictures showing dusty, crusty, and horrible looking feet of both the animal and the human being to show that cruelty to the animal is no different than what slavery did to the black man. Go to www.peta.org. The picture is posted on their site. Where is Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton? This is a liberal agenda. Being liberal means to support this issue so they are silent.

PETA is also know for promoting vegetarian foods, non fur clothing, and protecting the most outrageous animals, reptiles, and/or fowls.

Again, I do not have a problem with an animal watchdog agency, but when you talk about extreme, you picture PETA because they are not only looking out for the best interest of animals, they want animals to have the same rights as human beings. As a matter of fact, they call humans man because they support and believe in the evolution theory originated by Darwin.

It should be noted for the record, that recently PETA was investigated for euthanizing thousands of animals that were in its care. However, no one went to jail and the news reports were merely a blip on the screen.

Be careful. Since we were politically correct, animals now have more or equal rights to human beings. Ops, mankind. (Return TOC)

Animal ID

Did you know that governments are now using the term Animal ID to tag, monitor, and track herds of animals for food, for protection, and/or for the amount of gas they emit? According to the information on the U.S. Department of Agriculture, as part of its ongoing efforts to safeguard U.S. animal health, USDA initiated the implementation of the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) in 2004. NAIS is a cooperative State-Federal-industry partnership to standardize and expand animal identification programs and practices to all livestock species and poultry. NAIS is being developed through the integration of three components-premises identification, animal identification, and animal tracking. The long-term goal of the NAIS is to provide animal health officials with the capability to identify all livestock and premises that have had direct contact with a disease of concern within 48 hours after discovery.

NAIS is currently a voluntary program. To ensure the participation requirements of NAIS not only provide the results necessary to maintain the health of the national herd but also is a program that is practical for producers and all others involved in production, USDA has adopted a phased-in approach to implementation. Notice the word "voluntary?"

That's the same thing public schools were told when they took the money for the 1994 Education Reform initiatives. By 1996, two years after the program, public schools started hearing the term "You Shall". That's after the money was spent. You shall throw away academic books and replace phonics with whole language. You shall implement only the programs we tell you to implement. STEMCELL RESEARCH

How can you say that you support murdering an unborn human being in the womb and oppose the death penalty for an adult that hideously killed his/her enter family? Do you see the contradiction of ethics? Well, think about that when you consider supporting STEMCELL RESEARCH. The bottom line the issue is not about life, it is about making money of death. The fear of death is a huge money maker and the need for death to take place to prevent death is also a huge money maker.

But what do people really think about the stem cell research that needs almost born (Partial birth aborted humans) or black aborted babies to do research that will or could cure most all diseases?

For those of you that do not understand the process - read this and don't try to think while you are reading. Listen to what you are reading; then think!

Issues linked to stem cell research are:

The need for black babies (partially born or aborted early) because scientist knows that the root to the DNA code started in the black race...thus the land that Adam and Eve were create from - You know, the first man and woman that God created; yeah, the first humans that some scientist do not want to admit exists.

To make sure they have enough black aborted babies to perform this research, the system needs us to be poor, uneducated, and promiscuous. Being poor and uneducated causes us to live a life of crime and promiscuity. This helps ensure that we are dependent upon the system or in the system - which means that we give blood, donate parts, have abortions etc...

In 1999, Maryland passed a law that allows abortion clinics and hospitals to sell human babies (fetuses) to research firms... That is why they called the unborn child a fetus - to desensitize us to the impact of killing an unborn human being. Oh, it's just a fetus!!! In 1999, Maryland passed law (buried in the budget) that lowered the age of consent to be between 9 and 14 depending on the in school justification.

For example: In our schools they can survey children and expose them to adult high-stakes education such as Heather has two mommies and My daddy's roommate without parental consent - because the kid is age 9 and attends a Maryland school where policy considers this as age appropriate. Parents sign off on agreement when they sign those mountains of consent forms that come home with the child at the beginning of school each year - which they do not read or if they do, they get caught up in the way the WORDs sound and not the use of or meaning of the words...

When it comes to consensual sex, based on the judge...they can determine that at age 14 the child understood what he/she did.

When it comes to the age of consent when a child can stop attending school, it is age 16. However, in a compulsory education system that forces parents to enroll and keep their child in school during the times required - which changes from PreK to All-Day Kindergarten... we find ourselves debating the usefulness of public education and what is really going on in our classrooms. I say there is a lot of scientific experiements taking place with the minds of our children; meaning that they are lab rats for the system that is re-engineering human capital (products) for a future that is being designed by the legislation being enacted by Congress since 1993 and you do not understand how it affects you right now.

Therefore, when we look at stem cell research and what has to happen for this research to take place, we have to appreciate why President George Bush vetoed the bill and placed an Executive Order on 'Banning' the practice of partical birth abortion. This is truly not a party issue. This is a moral issue. You see, people claim separation of church and state as ways to stop people from voting, legislating, and/or generally acting on their moral conscious; yet, the Governor and the US President can veto bills based on their personal beliefs, economic impacts, security dangers, and in this case moral/spirit convictions.

The bottom line is the stem cell research is dependent on a certain group or class of people to kill x-amount of babies each year because the research is needed to save lives by finding the cures. However, when the CURE becomes available ,who do you think will be the last to be given the medicines or have access to quality healthcare?

People do not get it twisted. We are being led to believe that the stem cell research is being performed to cure us of all those dreadful diseases. Sure they want us to live healthy and be less of a strain on society so that we can live longer, work longer, and pay more taxes, longer. That would be the benefit of stem cell research if you believed the pretense.

The truth is that they are working to find the last link to the genome code associated with the human DNA. In doing so, they plan to eradicate diseases by creating designer human beings that will not have these diseases. In other words man intends to make a perfect man and do away with God's creation altogether. Yes, I had to go there. Because the in-result of stem cell research is not to cure your tired body of cancer or diabetes - it is to replace your body with a body they engineered and made that will become a part of the standards or prototypes created for the global economy or for the global good. Does it sound like Trekies are running the government?

Think about it, already there exist too many abortions. People do not like the way they turned out from birth. Nip/Tuck. Lip/Tip. Click/Point. Each generation is more and more prepared for the unethical practices of science. If we followed the original laws that God gave Moses and Aaron, we would not even transfer blood or sperm. However, laws are being reformed and/or created and the teaching of Godly principles is missing in the church and in the classroom. Soon, a business will be able to contact the state department of education and order 500 humans with specific skills, traits, physical features, endure levels, IQs, sizes, shapes, and analytical skills. This will be the resource of our states and their method for being self-sustaining. In the meantime, we will be caught off focus by debating whether we should sell our highways off to China and replace our road maps with metric/US navigation signage sponsored by communist China.

When I first started studying this issue, I thought about the issues addressed by the two opposing groups; pro-life versus pro-choice. Um, God gives us a choice to serve him and do the right thing. So what is the problem here? Unsaved people are afraid to die. There is lots of money to be made off of fear. There will come a time when cures will lead to dependence on government and not God. Maybe that is the peaceful time Jesus talked about when he will 'COME' like a thief in the night. You know there are two kinds of thieves mentioned in the Bible, don't you? Say NO to stem cell research that requires aborted babies of any color. The Bible will be fulfilled. While I do not support transferring of blood or sperm, to prevent the killing of humans in the womb, I will Vote YES on adult stem cell - at least the spine, spleen, and navel cords can be harvest for use and not allow the donation of an entire body to science. Black folk would donate more of these tissues... Learn the issues. Talk intelligently. Help others learn. Speak the truth. Do not be afraid.  

That reminds me of a joke. One day a group of scientist representing the global seven got together for their annual convention. They decided that they did not need God anymore and voted on the measure with a resolution that read: We have found and eradicated the cure for all diseases and disorders. We are able to feed every human. We have repaired the ozone layer. We have corrected the problems that made mother earth mad at us and global warming is history. Having agreed to these accomplishments and are satisfied with the results, we hereby declare that we no longer need God.

The scientist passed this resolution and set a date to meet with God to tell him of their decision. On the day they were scheduled to meet with God, the lead scientist stepped forward with the resolution in hand ready to read it when God showed up. When God arrived he said: "I see that thou are prepared to tell me that you do not need me anymore, is that correct; God asked?" And the lead scientist said yes, and commenced to reading the whereas' of the resolution. And at the end of the reading of the resolution, the lead scientist told God, we hereby declare we do not need you anymore.

To that God said, I'll tell you what!!! I will go away and never ask you to worship and praise me for all of the grace and mercy I have bestowed upon you as you performed these wonders only if you can make a man. The scientist said, but God, we just told you that we found and eradicated diseases we did that by designing our own male/female.

To that God said, yeah but can you really make a man? The scientist huddled and responded in agreement - yes we can. God said, okay let me see you make a man just like I did when I created the first man. The scientist huddled again. This time two scientist teamed up to scoop up some dirt…to which God said with great a great THUNDEROUS voice: "Oh no, scientist. You have to use your own dirt. That is the dirt I created. Get you own dirt! You see, man will declare he found these cures but he did not without using God's creation. Man is violating God's law regarding life.

The moral to the story? Scientist might find cures. They might get to the point that they will create designer children. They may even clone some. Bottom line is they will not be able to prevent Romans 6:23 - the wages to sin is death. We are going to die until Christ eradicates sickness and death. Until then, our hope is in 1Cor15 and Ecc12:7. POLITICAL PARTIES

The United States is a two-party system and so are the states. Democrat or Republican is the mainstream political parties. There has been a war between these two parties since the formation of the Union sometime around the mid-1700's. America's birthday is July 4, 1776 - freedom day. Some Europeans left their country because they were forced to worship the way of the queen. They wanted to live in a country where there was freedom of religion...worship who they wish without oppression. (Click here) then click on US Constitution 1st Amendment - read it. It does NOT Say freedom FROM religion. The free exercise of religion, means that our government cannot create or mandate a religion and force us to adhere or worship a particular god. However, our government allows special interest groups to promote gods in schools and no one seems to care. Example: Earth Day is a religion that worships mother Earth; a.k.a. GIA. There is NO Separation of Church and State in America! Do your homework and learn the issues. You are being used. Aren't you tired of being used and lied to? Look at the 2006 election season in the state of Maryland.

Every four alternating even years, states conduct a Primary Election for governor; one Democrat and one Republican. Voters belonging to the two parties will each vote for their party's candidate. What does this tell you? Remember America complaining that no democracy exists in Iraq because Saddam Hessian got 99% of the vote? Well, when there are no challengers within a given political party there is no Primary. This means that each candidate will secure 99% of the vote for their party! That's a democracy - not a Representative Republic where people are free to run for office without being led by one or two party masters. America is a Representative Republic! But because of the conversion to one government, America is converting to a Parliamentarian ran government under Totalitarian authority. The system's leaders will deliver their governments to the one world ruler; but first we have to migrate slowly under a different form of government, which our children are being trained to accept.  

To understand the political parties, you have to understand both sides of an issue. Understanding both sides of an issue means you will do your own research, ask questions, and not vote for the person but the issues they sand on. Do not confuse issues or political parties with philosophies or ideologies. Both the Republican and Democrat believe in marriage. The difference is the ideology connected to the issue.

That is where the conservative versus liberal views come in. Please note: There are conservative Democrats and liberal Democrats. There are conservative Republicans and liberal Republicans. However, liberal is liberal and conservative is conservative. Example: On the issue of Marriage, conservatives believe it should be between one man and one woman only and they believe that it should be constitutionally protected. Liberals on the other hand believes that any person or thing that you love you should be able to marry. (There are extremes to both conservatives and liberals). When I come to voting, I vote for the person that will cause me to send the least. I vote on issues and not the party or the person. However, because I am morally based on all issues, I tend to conservative most of the time. My advice to you is to research both sides o the issues before you take a position and do not vote just to vote, make history, or support a cause. Know why you are voting and know what you are voting for; be able to defend your vote. (Return TOC)

MARRIAGE

In 1996, President Clinton, signed into law, the Defense of Marriage Act, declaring marriage to be between a man and a woman, period!

Since then, the liberals have been working to open marriage to be between Partner A and Partner B. This is equity and fair, sense the family structure changed to include same sex couples.

From 1999 - to present - by 4th grade all children read or is exposed to Heather's two mommies or Daddy's roommate! Social Conditioning - has nothing to do with academics. However, by high school graduation, the High School Assessment (test) determines whether Johnny or Twanna have accepted the same sex life style as safe and normal. There is nothing academic about assessing whether a child accepts the homosexual or lesbian lifestyle.

Did you read the Washington Post news report entitled: Marriage is for White People? Do you really understand what our young black male children think of the girls they are growing up with? Did we really help our children when in the 70's and 80's we shacked up and let any go in our household? Can we expect anything more or less of our children when it was us that ruined this generation? Whom do we blame? I blame the people that grew up saying I am not going to raise my children the way my father and mother raised me. That group of people is almost 60 years old today and are already great grandparents. Marriage is not sacred any more. Since we all have fallen short of God's Glory its normal to be sinners and make excuses for not being righteous or living Holy.

Divorce comes a dime a dozen now. Today, even the poorest of the poor are writing PreNups into marriage agreements. Only eleven states have constitutionally protected marriage by the will of the people. In Maryland, Sen. Leo Green a practicing Catholic gave the swing vote in 2001 that is linked to why schools were forced to teach homosexuality as an alternative lifestyle. The legislation was sponsored by Sen. Mike Miller on behalf of the governor in 2001, entitled the bill, the Anti-Discrimination Act of 2001. An anti-discrimination act... is for discriminatory practices based on race or gender. Well, this bill added sexual orientation to the list of protected classes of people, which attempted to give homosexuals a civil right.

This law was allegedly only supposed to protect homosexuals from discriminatory practices in employment and housing. The problem is that since we had already gave our state board of education so much leverage in creating policy that by the time this law was passed in 2001 they used it for a launching pad for authorizing a new family structure in the state of Maryland, which had to be taught in schools to the youngest age possible. Look at what five years can do to a society. Five years ago there was hardly any openly homosexual and lesbian teenagers flaunting their sexuality around the schools claiming they have rights. Look at it today. Our school systems were forced to enact one-sided policies to protect homosexuals from being bullied.

The NEA (National Education Association) is hiring more homosexuals, lesbians, and transgender people to teach in primary grades (PreK - 8). These people are in the classroom helping little Johnny and Twanna understand why during puberty they do not like the opposite sex. These homosexual teachers are right there with their compassionate and understanding mannerism to help the child conclude that the reason they do not like the opposite sex is that they are homosexual. Since they cannot procreate, they recruit our children during puberty. This is what political correctness has done to our society.

Because we (Marylanders) were politically correct in 2001, we have tainted a generation - I wonder if that what Jesus meant when he said he will say to some "get away from me you workers of iniquities?" We set back and let these things happen and wonder why things are. The Congress passed a law that affected this issue on the national level known as the Hate Crimes Act of 1998. This was passed because of the lie connected to the death of the homosexual named Matthew Sheppard that lived in Wyoming. It was a terrible crime. But the people that committed the crime did not kill Matthew Sheppard because he was a homosexual, they killed him because they robbed him. But because CIVIL RIGHTS was won because a 'class' of people were killed, beaten, and discriminated against, the homosexual special interest had to create situations that put Americans in position to be compassionate and sympathetic towards an oppressed class of people. Black folk really fell for this one hook line and sinker. Homosexuals compared their fight for Civil and Equal rights to ours…and it's no comparison.

The federal hate crime law was passed because of the lie connected to the death of the homosexual named Matthew Sheppard that lived in Wyoming, which we later learned was a scam. Yes, Matthew Sheppard was a homosexual and was killed - but not because he was homosexual. This is what I mean by paying attention and following both sides of the issue. Certain liberal members of Congress seized the moment related to this crime, the media played it up, and before we knew it Congress and media painted the crime related to Sheppard's death as two heterosexual men that 'hated homosexuals' targeted Sheppard and killed him because he was homosexual. When the truth is, Mr. Sheppard thought he was going to get some and the people that killed him pretended to be interested in him strictly to ROB him; then they killed him. Did you read this news report?

Marriage is and should be between one man and one woman. According to Maryland's law, that reads 'a man and a woman'. We have to say one man and one woman because we know the demon we are dealing with… this demon has already started to promote polyandry, polygamy, and bestiality throughout our society. And do ya wanna know something? Our children are the benefactors of the decisions we make today. I thought there was a golden rule to leave the place better than it was when you live in it? We sure have flipped the script on that rule.

What does marriage me to you? How many times have you declared that Your Mother! or Your Father! I can do bad by myself! I am never getting married! Well, there you go. So far, every state still has adultery laws on their books. With the issue of CIVIL UNIONS or same sex marriage looming over us, states will soon find themselves dealing with making changes to the adultery laws. Imagine the impact this will have on marriages between a man and a woman. We all know that God created marriage for the purpose of procreation because this is the only way we can reproduce or multiply.

Therefore we know that same sex couples cannot procreate. Their family structure then have to consist of one of the following. (1) A previously married person that has custody of a child or is a parent of a child. (2) the same sex couple adopts a child in a state, city, or town that is friendly towards homosexuals.

To those parents that say their child is going through a fad; don't kid yourself. Your child needs help. The psychological problems connected to having sex before marriage, having an abortion, or being hurt by someone you love and/or that made promises to you is bad enough for teenagers and young adults in this face pace evil world. But to compound those feeling to having un-natural sex, pretending to be female or male when your body is telling the truth. I still do not understand how a woman can pretend to be a man and have to deal with the emotions related to her monthly menstruation. Or, deal with a man that pretends to be a woman, and uses duck tape to hide is male gentiles.

Last I checked, James Brown is correct, it's a mans world and it would be nothing without a woman or a girl. Think about this. The National Electric and Plumbing codes are made around the male - female system. You must insert a male plug into a female plug in order to get electricity. You need to fuse or join a male pipe to a female pipe to create a water network. When you place a straw into a cup, you draw fluid. When you type on a keyboard, you communicate with your computer. When you insert your key into an ignition, your car cranks. When you insert a nozzle into a gas tank, you are pumping gas. Must I go on? Are you getting the point? You can't procreate having oral or annual sex and you certainly cannot procreate having sex with the same sex. Its not natural to force children belonging to one of the same sex couples to call the same sex partner mommy if the person pretending to be a woman is a man.

Okay, let's look at it this way… you a same sex couple. In order for the relationship to work, somebody has to play the role of the woman and someone has to play the role of the man. Therefore, even though you are same sex, you are role-playing. Talk about tangled up confused emotions and they want us to allow children to be subjected to this confusion and get good grades?

Quiet as it is kept; do you know how many same sex couples are protected by the media and news reports when children are being physically and mentally abused because children refused to call a same sex partner mother or father? The police reports cite a new form of domestic violence but they do not call it what it is - a lesbian beats a male child because the child refuse to call the female, daddy, or father. Alternatively, a homosexual beats a child because the child refuses to call the queer mommy or momma. This very real issue happens often and is not reported. Political correctness? Call it what you want, it is wrong, and our government/officials that are responsible for public and personal safety are looking the other way. More importantly, when we see this happening in our own family we refused to get involved. Don't even talk to me about the failure of the church!

This I know, when things blow up and get too big to handle, there will be only one solution, CIVIL UNIONS. Creating CIVIL UNIONS assures one license for all. Then all laws can be changed to accommodate the new structures of the different kinds of families. Take a stand for marriage between a man and a woman.

BIRTH - 12TH GRADE EDUCATION

I do not care what 'they' say, according to the current path of education reform that this country is on, education is not broke; the system is not complete. It is working just they way they want it to. It may not be on time, because 'they' wanted this system to be complete by 2000, but it certainly is not broken.

By 2015 and 2020 this is what you can expect America's education system to look like. This means that everything state legislation passed unless you live in a state like Maryland where the state education board is appointed by the Governor, the board hires the state superintendent and together they create regulations w/o state approval so long as what they are doing does not conflict with an existing law/process - the taxpayers are witnessing their school system be converted from public schools to workforce development centers.

The workforce development centers will produce products (graduate children) that will perform and do what they state determines they should know according to the Adequately Yearly Progress (AYP) and proficiency level set for the Local Education Agency (individual school) and/or school district. If your school system has already established regions or zones, then you are further along in the workforce development process than you care to believe because all you need to witness is to see your school system integrate web-based employer to state and state to school applications where ordering, transferring, and ownership of human capital is as real as slave trade was 300 years ago - with one difference, the revolution will not be televised. We are going to accept this agenda and not one shot will be fired.

If you are willing to have your children (students) be called 'human capital' then you obviously do not mind me calling them products that are being manufactured by the system. Once you understand the manufacturing process that goes into human engineering, then you will understand how the revolving door of the global workforce development plans to work by 2020.

Soon, schools will become facilities (one-stop) centers that will be opened seven (7) days a week twenty-four hours (24) a day. Regardless to how much you fight and demand smaller class sizes, state and local government agencies are slowing the process of building schools. Why?

The 21st Century School will be equipped to house humans, provide out-patient-type medical services (including abortion and STD treatment), mentally retarded or severely disabled will be included in regular classrooms, and provide criminal detention services - complete with parole/probationary GPS applications. The school will interface with the local HMO facility for medical services that require more attention. The school will function as the 24-hour resource (one-stop) for all child care needs, education, health, and special needs. Taxpayers and parents are going to love it because as we are witnessing, people that made $100,000.00 prior to 2001, has been under-employed and without medical or life insurance since and is demanding services - thus have become 100% dependant upon the government.

The government is forcing states to become less dependant upon them for monies needed for social remediation. This means by the time the people that were affected by what happened in 2001 find themselves on the brink of being homeless, then the just-in-time government solution will be welcomed without a struggle.

I do not have time on this site to explain how the illegal immigration and homeland security laws will impact how schools will operate and what services they will provide. But know this; think 'one-stop' and all of the features that could be implemented and you could have still missed several applications. Moreover, consider the freedoms and liberties that will be lost to the many applications that your local and state government will implement under the guise of laws passed to ensure safety and peace for all while providing public social services.

By the time the 'one-stop' workforce development centers are converted and operational; this is what a local community can expect:

1. Day care centers, in-home baby sitting, and after school care, will be controlled by the state department of education. Any curriculum and instruction services will be provided by a teacher that is certified to manage human and social behaviors. These educational services sites will see their curriculum and instruction aligned with the PreK - 5th grade schools that exist within their community.

2. Churches (faith-based) facilities will be (asked/volunteer) then be required to open their doors 24-hours and provide homes for the homeless and to interact with the social services arm of the workforce development center (school building) and will be monitored because the religious symbols will have to be removed. The faith-based facility will soon realize that in most cases in order to keep their non-profit tax exempt status, they must take on the social remedial needs of their community and open their doors to anyone in need; regardless to the tithing membership requirement.

3. Academic learning will take place between PreK and 5th grade. The core academic subjects that the state plans to assess will be taught and learned between these grades.

4. Workforce tracking will begin at 6th grade. Students will be presented and be asked to make a decision on which career, job, or post secondary education they desire. After the system is up and running 2010, the students will NOT be able to change their minds. Today, tracking is being done, but because the employers are not engaged in the process, the information gathered is being used to determine the path the student takes after school and is transcript to affect that person for the rest of their lives. I do not have enough space or time to break this down for each person, type, and behavior. You need to understand that there are desired educational goals for each 'product' human capital that have predetermined outcomes, which as you will soon witness will be what the school (workforce development center) is required to manufacturer - because employers will demand certain standards and prototypes. Think I am kidding? Keep living.

5. By the time the product makes it way to the 7th grade, the product (student) is being assessed by the state to determine human interactions and workforce interpersonal and personal skills development so that these 'skills' are matched to state standards which will be based on proficiencies outlined for each standard. While identifying skills development, the assessment may reveal illegal sexual tendencies, drug uses, criminal behaviors, and/or some other potential social problem. This form of law enforcement is already being tolerated. Most parents are not aware that by the time students take their picture for student ID card, a courtesy copy of the picture is sent to the local and state law enforcement and is housed in a huge database. This is how gang and drug activity is being marginalized. Tomorrow, the system will identify early any potential criminals and by the time they reach the point they are ready to carry-out certain behaviors, each human will be implanted with a chip or tracking device. All this from an assessment that was performed on a child during his elementary, middle, and high school years.

6. By the time the product makes it to the 8th grade, the product must provide that it can pass all of the core academic assessments especially geometry or algebra. The 8th grade is the 'gateway' to work or college fork-in-the-road for both the student and the workforce development center. If the student can pass the core academic assessments, the student is on his or her way to college. If not, the student may be on their way to work for the college graduate but most certainly is on his or her way to work. In the 21st Century global workforce development, each human will work - regardless to age or disability.

7. By the time the products makes it to the 9th grade, the product is either asked to graduate at the 10th grade or leave school at the 9th grade and go to work. This is where the legislated term "Life-Long-Learning" comes in to play. Soon, the 10th through 12th grades will be available only for those students that passed the core academic assessments in the 8th and 9th grades who are on their way to college. This means that the 10th through 12th grades will be converted to IB or AP two/three year courses for prep to a four year college. Depending on the state, these classes could be two or three year requirements. Today, the IB/AP classes are being held in special rooms and in select high schools. Tomorrow, these courses will replace 10th through 12th grades. These are known today as those "few" students that score advanced proficiency on the state assessments. Remember, the academic learning takes place between birth and 5th grade. The tracking and work preparation is performed between 6 and 9th grade. Movement between college and work begins at the end of the 9th and/or 10th grade.

If you are complaining that by the time students make it to the middle school they fall into a black hole and do not know why; the answer is easy. This is the area where the system is void or should I say, incomplete. Like I said earlier, by the time the student reaches the 6th through 8th grades they are being assessed for certain social behaviors and workforce skills. They are also being tracked for college or work. The problem is that employers have not agreed to fund/sponsor this education system because the products being manufactured by the schools (workforce development centers) do not meet the workforce standards - such as being able to read, comprehend, and compute.

Besides, the leaders of this generation still believe in Capitalism on the individual level. The system wants us to be socialist on the individual and local level. (See Topic WHO/IMF/WTO/UN)

Had September 11, 2001 never happened, America's businesses, who were well on their way to adopting this system were making the global transition. The plan is for there to be one or two businesses in each industry globally. Every business will be headquartered in the U.S. making America superior over all other countries. Each business would open up in other countries. In other words, a firm that specializes in fast food, retail, home repairs/renovation, automotive manufacturing, food service, and/or crafts/arts that have international goals, are headquartered in the U.S. and would have by September 11, 2001, located in foreign countries; implementing the employment equity pay scales. Even before 2001 some companies were resisting the government's forceful hand. This is why a certain global firm was brought up on anti-trust violation because his firm would not release the patented rights of their software and computer operating system.

However, when September 11, 2001 happened, it was easy for the businesses that were holding out to layoff, consolidate, merge, and conform to the global workforce standards. This is about when we saw our careers fold up and we lost our lucrative salaries to industries that had been eliminated. Industries like the traveling industries shut down just enough to implement features of the homeland security law known as the Patriot's Act. The war on terror slowed down the opening of businesses in foreign lands that became unfriendly to America - especially those that had been bullied by the WTO, WHO, IMF, and the UN. 8. Depending on state and federal laws, by 2020, states ought to be totally financially self sustaining for providing educational services needed to implement the global workforce development delivery system. This means that businesses, foreign entities, and government agencies will be required financial adopt a school whether is be a single school, region, or depending on size, the entire district. Once adopted, the business will receive a huge tax credit or may not be required to pay taxes. However, the school system that is adopted by the business, foreign entity, or government agency will be required to transform the entire curriculum and instruction teaching/training application to meet the industry needs or specialized needs of the adopting business/agency. Example: If a hotel firm adopts a school, then the school will teach/train the students to work in the hotel/hospitality business. Every level of employment will be educated or trained based on the needs the business specified for the state to develop.

Example: Special Ed or those that scored at or below basic on the assessments will be the folks to take out trash or something low level in comparison. The students that meet the standards as per the state defined proficiency levels will fill-in the mid-level assignments on various scales. The students that completed the advanced level core academic courses will become the four-year degreed persons that will be managers, supervisors, VP, Divisional/Regional leaders, business owners… Get the point?

The federal and state governments have not yet convinced businesses to enter into the workforce development partnerships that were planned when the education reform agenda was inked by the Clinton Administration. It is as though they know that they will be spending money on schools that will not deliver an independent person that has mastered the skills needed to protect their business and meet the business goals and objectives. The missing link that completes the education reform process for converting free public schools into 21st Century workforce development centers is the businesses. All businesses within the state or region must:

a. Agree to total fund education and workforce development according the state department of education objectives.

b. College tuition will be free for any students that scores advance on SAT or state assessments.

c. Students will agree to work for the business that sponsors their education.

d. Businesses will pay the state for developing the workforce according to specs and delivering the workforce when agreed to be dispatched to live and work any where in the world.

e. States will inter-connect with other states within the 10 workforce regions throughout America to implement a regional, national, global, and international workforce development system that meets the six education goals of the United Nations Educational Scientific Cultural Organization known as UNESCO. LOCAL ECONOMY

More and more State's have less and less money to give to local governments. In Maryland there are 24 jurisdictions. Baltimore City is the only true stand alone government in the state. The rest of the 23 governments are called counties and are very dependant upon state leadership to fund services needed to off set their tax base.

Soon, we are going to witness local governments combining their resources with surrounding regions. This will come about to address a financial need and critical issues such as public safety, healthcare, and transportation.

In Prince George's County, Maryland we are already seeing our police work with the District of Columbia and Montgomery County to abate crime and prevent traffic violations. The taxpaying citizens will support this concept in lieu of having to pay more taxes. Today, the middleclass is almost extinct. The sharing of resources and the economic redistribution of wealth is being done just like it was some 30-years ago with one difference…now, they are documenting the objectives and developing a knowledge base to use day for strategic purposes.

Determining the poor, rich, criminals, low-income workers, community types and racial make up of communities. Mixing communities under the guise of multiculturalism to cross breed humans thus eliminating racial problems. Those are some of the strategic purposes that the sharing of resources and redistributing wealth objectives achieve for this agenda. It is critical to the agenda that the people support the logic behind the government services so as to prevent riots or unrest.

In the meantime, people do not realize that via their Congressional Representative (in Maryland there are 8 congressional districts each with a representative), each state receives a portion of the federal budget, which is funded by our federal tax withholdings. The less people pay into the federal tax base the less money the feds will have to divvy out to the states. This is why there is an urgency to get states in line with the global agenda. This is why all states are undergoing the same reforms in healthcare, transportation, crime, education, public safety, and political representation. THE SAME = ONE.

There are stings attached to every penny each state receives. For example: In education…soon the state department of education for each state will be solely responsible for creating workforce and managing the transactions of hiring, buying, and transferring workforce between and education institution, another employer or government agency, another state, or another country. Pay attention.

Large telecommunications companies or laying fiber all over the place and connecting governments and educations systems together in a large way via the Internet. The amount of data that will be transferred will require fiber-to-the-desktop or wireless systems. Schools (secondary, colleges, universities, and vocational) will be connected to the state department of education and the governments. Bulk data will be shared, wire transfers will be made, and people will be transported.

Companies will be able to place long term human capital orders - (in four years XYZ Company in Delaware will need 200 people with the following skills and proficiency levels) is the kind order that Maryland's state department of education will receive. They will fill this order by the human capital database they will house as each person completes their High School Assessment, certification of completion, Exit documentation, and/or workforce skills certification. Schools will be required to follow a format for each human capital it is required to manufacture. There will be little to zero choice in what a person will desire to become or what career they want. The system will define careers. And the local government will be required to implement the processes. This is why only certain people are being selected to run for offices. It is also why when a politician is ready to step down or because of term limits can no longer run again puts a family member in the running as if the seat is willed to the family. Not only is there a dire need to keep money in the family, but there is a dire need to see to it that the agenda stays on track and the loyalty to the party keeps people in line with the agenda. There goes personal integrity and honesty. Local governments used to be the platform for honest people to rise and do something great for his or her community in their retirement age and ride off into heaven having done a great work. Now, local governments are required to do so much to the people it is hard for them to talk about their accomplishments and keep secret what they did.

Eminent Domain has become a big factor in allowing local governments to revitalize its local economy and to create a larger more sound and current tax base. You get the picture here…politics abound; the only businesses that are coming to the economic empowerment zones or revitalization areas are the same businesses that are global. These are the same businesses that will hire our students from the state department of education workforce development database. While you may say a job is better than no job and five years from now may find us all in need and dependant upon this system, we are headed in this direction simply because we did not learn the agenda early enough to stop or delay it, or, we have been too politically correct to take a stand and stand. The local government will have to do something to sustain itself and it will have to do so without a riot.  (Return TOC)

BUSINESS ROUNDTABLE/CHAMBER OF COMMERCE/UNIONS

I am not going to give you the background history of these groups. That research you can do for yourself. I am going to tell you that in order for the planned global economy to efficiently run as a local, regional, and global form of business operating under one rule or government, there has to be standards. Therefore, what you are going to get here is information so that you can monitor and watch and decide how to proceed. This one issue will affect every human being under the sun. Just keep breathing.

The battle will be to consolidate these units into one, period. The only debate is how. The time is short. As you have learned by now, in order for those that lead society (some say the illuminati class or the ruling class) we simply say 'they' cause confusion, or they break the process, or they create a need, which allows them to reform the process or law for the agenda. Example: Based on the research that I have done on education in this country using Maryland as my point of reference, I believe that 'they' broke education when they rolled out the 1983 Nation At Risk report only so they could create a new system that would meet the global objectives as defined in the NAFTA and GATT treaties. I believe that the education system as we knew it them was not broke it simply needed honesty, integrity, truth, and commitment to what Benjamin Bloom called cognitive domain without regard to race, class, or social economic status.

Whether you agree with me or not, if you would simply think about the changes made in education since 1994, you could at least start to connect the changes made in businesses and groups that associate/affiliate with them.

If I believe that the education reforms are taking place to accommodate a standards based human capital that will be sold to the highest bidder in the form of a self-sustaining local, state, and regional economy, then in order for me to be right, I would have to believe that the businesses and affiliates will have to also reform to meet the structure and demands of the new system. Well, that is exactly what is about to happen.

If the 1994 Congress had it's way, according to the laws it passed and were signed into law by that man, then by year 2000 the following would be normal practices:

1. Our schools and businesses would be aligned by region.

2. Our schools would educate according to the level of economic and employment opportunities that exist in and around the communities they serve.

3. Businesses would sponsor education facilities from day care to Rhode Scholar degrees and every thing in between.

4. Local governments and all forms of public services would merge into a regional conglomerate that would streamline processes based on standards set by the State's Business Roundtable - who will rise to become the non-elected group of people that WILL dictate education and workforce development policies and procedures.

5. Colleges will educate and degree based on job titles and/or functions - not academics without a business or economic reason. In other words, a person that desires to become a teacher is required to take and master History if he or she wants to become a history teacher. However, in the state of Maryland this person would have to pass all of the requirements to be certified to teach in Maryland, which is not academic at all - it's all mental attitudinal psychology. See Highly Qualified versus Certified Teachers for more detail. The point here is if you want to be a social service professional you need a two to four year college degree in social services. Back in the day, one could take minor in history and major in the Arts and be a great teacher or social service profession. However since there are standards associated with the skills in each profession, colleges and universities are reforming themselves to accommodate the workforce development of the 21st Century because those that are ruling us are planning for a different society - which calls for a different economy and government - which you will soon realize.

6. Businesses will continue to merge/consolidate and/or be bought out/close until there are not more than three (3) global businesses in each industry. However, before this can happen, there needs to be an established set of industries - all with standards. A study of the NAISC and ISO will help you understand this process better. NAICS = North American Industry Classification System and ISO = International Standards Organization. While I agree that there ought to be standards and there ought to be an organization that makes sure standards are met, I do not believe that humans should be 'engineered' to be or fit into a standard or a prototype of a standard for a system that intends to sell them to the highest bidder. What do I mean?

7. It is projected that sometime shortly after peace in the Middle East is closer to reality, the businesses will become leaders in the workforce development agenda and organizations such as: CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) WTO (World Trade), WHO (World Health), IMF (International Monetary Fund), EU/UN (European Union or United Nations), NAFTA/GATT, ISO, NATO, and our Congress and their Parliamentarian global colleagues are going to become more open and aggressive with their agenda (the one they have been working towards since the words New World Order was printed on the dollar bill… "Novus Ordo Seclorum"

How am I making that projection? I assumed the power given to me by the one and only Most High God Jehovah, who's Holy Spirit, has kept me and ministered to me from the point that I accepted my calling to be God's watchman. My first assignment was to work with like minded persons to track and read as many laws presented to me as possible in the short time I was to prepare for this journey. I have been tracking the major federal laws passed between 1992 and today that deal with education/workforce development, healthcare, workforce/regulations, economy, global trade, and peace treaties.

Every law ever passed since the first Congress was institutionalized in this country has been or is being reformed to meet the needs of the "Novus Ordo Seclorum." All of the new laws are being connected and intertwined so if you try to repeal or correct a recently reformed law, you impact the building of the social/economic pyramid being built by these organizations. What does that have to do with the Unions, Chamber of Commerce, and the Business Roundtable on the state level?

8. Only one will survive. If they both make it after the reforms are complete, then each one will have a different role until the candle meets at the middle. - Then there will only be a need for one. Here's the plan:

9. Today, as secret and as quiet as it is kept, each state has a statewide business roundtable. This roundtable organization works with the state department of education. The state department of education has been business assuming total control of determining how schools districts and local governments will teach, test, graduate, remediate, and employ from cradle to retirement. Already, the state department of education has assumed control of education facilities from day cares to entrance into community college. The Business Roundtable has been charged with identifying what skills are necessary to be employed or degreed in each segment/facet of industry and education. This is being done to take the pressure off the state department of education as being in dictatorship or should I say, total control; that would make things too obvious. However, the business roundtable is taking their orders from the state department of education or is at least being trained to grow into its role by the state department of education.

The plan is to soon, create legislation that would allow the state department to work with the business roundtable to set regulatory policies or state statues that would determine tax exempt status of businesses that adopt, sponsor, or partner with schools and align with the state department of education to become the intended 'stakeholders' of education/workforce development. This means that the state would create 'workforces skills' based on what the business roundtable declares will be required to work at Giant Food Stores, Home Depot, Burger King, Booze Allen, or the U.S. Department of State. Okay, this does not sound like a bad idea. Some would say at least that is showing that we are headed towards being uniformed and organized, right? Right; except …

10. The standards and skills are created by the state department of education is manufactured by the schools on an as need bases and is farmed by zip code.

NOTE: All skills will be developed based on proficiency level. Proficiency Levels have become this education buzzword that most people simply do not understand… If they understood that the state sets the proficiency level for the school or (LEA = Local Education Agency) then people would understand what schools remain at their current status and if the school increases it is by the slightest percentage. More importantly, if people understood the proficiency level manufacturing process they would know that there are three proficiency categories; Advance, Proficient, and Basic.

A student scoring or assessing at advanced proficiency is higher than the proficient student. The student scoring at proficient meets the 70% passing score margin set by the state. And the student that scores at BASIC is NOT proficient and is therefore FAILING. This means that the percentage of students scoring on a basic level at any given school is how the school is rated on its AYP (Adequate Yearly Progress) and therefore school improvement needs are developed based on the percentage of students scoring at Basic and/or that meet the poverty index.

NOTE: Each proficiency level is scored with zero (0) to five (5) indicators. Advanced Levels have (0-5) proficiencies, Proficient Levels have (0-5) proficiencies, and Basic Levels have (0-5) proficiencies. These proficiencies are rates, scaled, and matrixes by the state department of education in conjunction with the skills that will be defined by the business roundtable.

NOTE: Subject matter academics (all-History/Government, English, Language Arts, Arithmetic /Math, Sciences/Biology, Foreign Languages, and extra-curricular studies such as Art, Music, Athletic, and Health etc… are taught in grades 1 - 6th. If a student does not get the root of what is taught during these grades, then by the end of the 6th grade, when the student is presented with making his or her decision which career, employment, or educational path they aspire, then the student is placed on either a work only track, a work plus community college track, or a career track which requires AP/Baccalaureate educational programs that lead into four-year degree studies - for career employment opportunities that were presented before them between the 5 and 7 grades.

Note: Each academic subject is taught based on the matrix proficiency level, which depends on the school theme/program and objectives.

Note: The state tells us that there is one standard or one goal for each school to meet. That is not true! The state publishes what is the proficient Proficiency Standard - the 70% passing. The state knows that it allows each proficiency category to determine where students are in the workforce development process of identifying skills that are being assessed and farmed.

Note: According to the federal No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, the law requires states to assess all students from grades 3 through 8. Assess means assess not test. Students are being assessed to determine what interpersonal and personal skills have been developed by the school and/or that the student has mastered over the assessed years in elementary and middle/junior school grades. Assessing students during these grades determine what track they will be on by the time they reach the 8th grade, which means the state has already determined the workforce develop track the student will be on by the time the 7th grade assessment is analyzed.

Note: The state and the business roundtable know that in a world (New WORLD) they do not need each student to be smart enough to fix the ozone layer. They know that in order for a food warehouse to have happy employees paid at a minimum wage scale that will stay around for a long time; they have to teach the product (student) to love its servitude - which means the human's value of oneself (self-esteem) has to be lowered between grades 3 and 8 to ensure the student remains on track for this workforce development agenda set by the state for that school district. One would have to study the school's theme, non-academic programs, subject matter academics, and clearly know exactly what the state has been planned for that school's region in order to start researching how the state will track that crop of students. One way to determine whether the students in that region will be tracked for work only or college is to trace the kind of geometry and algebra the student is exposed to between 3rd and 8th grade. Remember, depending on the program the school is implementing for that school year determines the proficiency level that each academic will be taught.

What does all this have to do with the business roundtable or chamber of commerce?

Scenario: The business roundtable will work with the state department of education to set the workforce zones/regions for each school district. The business roundtable will work with the state department of education to identify TYPES of businesses that reside in the state. They will determine which businesses are national, state only, small business (w/unique status), and/or global - this includes federal, state, and local governments because they all are employers. The chamber will be the association for networking and interconnecting businesses to educate them on the ever changing workforce development reforms and will serve as liaison to the state department of education to adopt/sponsor/partner with local governments and schools. The business roundtable will interface with a 3rd-party education reform group or groups (in Maryland a known group is Achieve Inc., (http://www.achieve.org/). Achieve Inc will set policy and standards for skills needed to graduate via the matrix of proficiencies set by the state and businesses. Who is Achieve Inc? Check out their introduction page - basically this group was founded by America's governors during their Governor's Association convention at the height of the education reform movement that kicked-off in 1993 by Bill and Hillary Clinton almost 10-years after they led the start-up of the governors association in 1986, almost three years after the 1983 Nation At Risk report was developed and used to scare America into reforming education, which set us on this new fangled workforce tracking system.

What problems do I have with this system? In a nut shell:

The states set the geographical indexing (zip-code profile education) in place without knowledge and understanding of the state officials, advocates, governments, parents, businesses, taxpayers, and/or voters. Education is being redlined in all communities and is being implemented based on race and socioeconomic status. This means regardless to a parents dream for their child, regardless to the parents involvement, and regardless to how much money is poured into that school - IF That school is slated produce human capital (students/humans trapped in the workforce development system) that will assess on a BASIC level with a proficiency of 2, then there is nothing anyone can do so long as that parent and that child lives in that community - PERIOD. If the parents have the resources to move or send their child to private school - then that is the current solution. However, that option is running out…because soon, home-schooled and/or private schooled children must pass the SAT with a score of 2400 to get a state diploma or they will be smart as a whip but be unemployable. WHY?

11. Soon, the purpose of the chamber of commerce and business roundtable will be to determine who can and cannot graduate, work, go to college, etc…based on the complied assessments - not a person's SAT scores. This is really complicated to explain but easy to understand if you picture this concept: By the time this system is complete every child born will be assigned a name, a student ID, and/or a social security number (until they do away with the system). Based on the zip code the kid lives in, the parent will be forced to undergo several processes for ensuring the child is being raised according to the state standards/proficiencies for the nearest high school in the newborn's home community. If the high school is producing human capital that will go to college on an advanced proficiency level 5, then the parent of the new born child will find themselves having to deal with a child being taught to write a business plan by the time they are four years old. On the flip side, if the high school in the newborn's community is producing human capital that will end up on socially and economically dependant on the system living in poverty, or only able to go to community college and then stay in college for a half year, then the parent of that newborn will be treated like they do not know when to feed or let the child watch TV. HOW? This is why there are so many people taking courses and being degreed as Social Workers…these will be the folks that will force parental involvement from cradle through high school - and the level of school readiness will be taught, managed, and implemented based on the proficiency level exiting from the nearest high school. I am serious. This is how controlling the system will soon become.

12. The problem is that people think the system is broke. It is not broke. It simply is not complete! And believe me, once it is complete, there will either be a chamber of commerce or a business roundtable…it will not be both! Keep your eyes on the state department of education. NOTE: Did you read anything in this report that tells you that the decision-makers are elected by the people? No, the state superintendent of education, members of the state board of education, nor members of business roundtable or chamber of commerce are elected by the people. So who is allowing them to have all this power? The state elected officials and the governor. Read the state Annotate-Code. Study Hitler's Roundtable and the Council on Foreign. ABORTION and the DEATH PENALTY

In 1973, the landmark Supreme Court decision Roe vs Wade decision declared that a woman should have a choice when it comes to having or aborting her unborn child. Since then (some 33 years later) more than 44 million (and counting) human beings have been aborted  from its mother's womb.  That means that we have legally murdered 44+ million babies. Talk about genocide!

The Democrat Political Machine used strategic members of its Liberal Wing to promote a hate agenda against the Republican Party. Using its high-profile leaders in the flavor of so-called revenges named Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, the selection of the last two Supreme Court justices were highlighted mostly because as the Liberal's put it the threat to reverse the 1973 Roe vs Wade decision. We know the Democrat Party is using Jesse and Al because their potential presidential candidate Hillary Clinton need to come off as moderate on the issue of abortion. You and I know that when it comes being Pro-Choice Hillary Clinton is as liberal as Margaret Sanger was when she wrote President Woodrow Wilson in 1932 proposing to sterilize sociey's undesirables; but the party nor Hillary will never admit that truth.  In the Black communities, Jesse and Al wanted us to believe that the selection of so-called conservative judges would eliminate a woman's right to choose. Think about it, if the Liberals would call abortion what it is, not too many people would kill their unborn child. Right to choose? Right to choose what? Whether a child will be born or murdered? No, whether a fetus is aborted. Now, you just softened the emotional impact of the act called abortion - murder.

Liberals believe that now that Roberts and Alito have been confirmed and are sitting on the bench serving as Supreme Court Justices, if the case comes before the now completed highest court in our land, the 1973 Roe vs Wade decision will be reversed. I believe that if they (the Supreme Court) do anything it will be to remove the federal government from being the final decision-maker and push the decision onto the states, which is what should have taken place in 1973. The Supreme Court should have upheld the decision made in Texas. But that was then. This is now… Let's watch the decision the Supreme Court makes. I bet they will find a way to side step the issue and send it back to the states. We can be assured that this is what is expected by the decision the Iowa state legislature just made when it banned all forms abortion except for when the life of the mother is at stake. Wonder what would be the decision made in Maryland?

Today it is common practice for the rich as well as the poor to about an unwanted unborn child. Since 1973, how many grown women have gotten abortions for their teenage daughters? Now, we allow partial birth abortion, which is a sick method of killing a fully developed human baby that is ready to be born. Today, all a woman has to say is that she changed her mind about having the baby as in the 8th month of her pregnancy the baby can be killed by a doctor. The practice is horrifying. The head of the baby is sucked out of it's mother's womb and a rod is penetrated through the skull of the unborn baby, which brutally murders the child. I cannot believe this practice is performed by the same people that believe that death by lethal injection is too painful for the criminal on death row. Are these the same people that killed or stood by and killed Tookie Williams with the needle and a month later did nothing while others fought to protect the life of a man named Michael Morales because that same lethal injection would be too painful to recover from should the anesthesia fail to work? Come on? People where is the outrage here? Think about it, did Terri Winche, the woman that Morales brutally raped, beat, and left for dead feel any pain? Did we think about that or have we got our wires crossed over the whole life and death issue?

We have become so insensitive that we can call an unborn child a fetus as if it lessens the pain of killing an unborn human being whom we do not know, while a mass murderer can be spared the death penalty to make a political statement between two political parties? We really got this issue twisted. While I agree that more minorities are given the death penalty over the other race, I am of the mind that if our children had not put themselves in 'certain' positions this would not be an issue of race. In addition, given the political issue of Tookie versus Morales I do not believe people caught the Black versus Hispanic statement that was made when you look at who the new minority is in this country. But that's another issue for you read under the race category.

Abortion is a death penalty of the unwanted and the death penalty is a political statement against a country that was once God-fearing and believed that 'an-eye-for-an-eye' should be the law of the land. One thing is for sure, we have killed more babies in the womb of women than we have put to death violent criminals in the prisons of America. (Return TOC)

HOMOSEXUALITY and LESBIANISM/FEMINISM

Homosexuality, lesbianism, and feminism are issues that have been with since Cain killed Abel. Whether you believe that the behavior is inborn (they are born that way) and therefore should be tolerated or you believe the behavior is an abomination, the fact that we must deal with is do you believe that the Bible is God's Holy WORD.

If you do, then you understand what Paul means in Romans 1:26 - 32 where he says "And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient". And without understanding, covenantbreakers! For me the issue is easy. From Romans 1:32 to Revelation 22:21 there is nothing that tells us what happens to homosexuality in the world like it did when God destroyed the world because of the state of corruption in Genesis Chapter 6. This leads me to believe that God either deals with the issue of Homosexuality when he deals with the rest of the corruption as he did in the day of Noah, or those with the reprobate minds who are covenantbreakers are delivered and made hole. This is an interesting issue to watch - because so many people are getting caught up on the LOVE and NOT JUDGE - what would Jesus do beliefs that they fail to understand that if Christ is in you, then you will speak truth to power without fear of any weapon.

What I noticed about the homosexual/lesbian movement is the following:

1. They do not want to be called homosexual or lesbian; they want to be called gay with a capital G. This minimizes the impact of the behavior and the depth of the sin. Politically correct folks use the word gay and without realizing it, they give homosexuals power and authority over the debate.

2. The debate that a man and a woman marriage has failed to be productive and be a wholesome family causes politically correct people to back off the marriage debate because while 85% of traditional marriages have ended in failure - that does not mean that homosexual/lesbians (same-sex) persons make better families for society. God created family, institutionalized marriage between a man and a woman, and no man or issue should break apart that union. Period.

3. The issue that we all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God means that the sin of homosexuality is no different from any other sin according to those politically correct in using Romans 3:23 to justify their behavior and/or support for this behavior. The point is that homosexuality is a root cause problem that adversely impact society in a number of ways and should be a behavior that is rebuked! God's Word says that they are without understanding and are convenantbreakers. They do not care what God's Word says…in fact, they have justified themselves and have mastered the art of twisting the word to support their behavior and politically correct persons have fallen for the hype.

4. Think about what is meant to be a 'convenantbreaker'. According to the Wikipedia encyclopedia © 2001-2006 a Covenant-breaker or the act of Covenant-breaking is a term used by Bahai's to refer to a particular form of heresy. Being declared a Covenant-breaker by the head of the Faith is somewhat equivalent to Cherem in Judaism, Excommunication in Christianity and Takfir in Islamic law, i.e. Bahai's avoid association with them, even if the Covenantbreaker is a family member. The authority to declare a Bahai a Covenant-breaker resides soley with the head of the Bah Faith, which since 1963 has been the (elected) Universal House of Justice, situated in Haifa, Israel.

5. Covenant-breaking does not refer to attacks from those who are not Bahai's or who have left the Bahai Faith out of disagreement with its tenets. Rather is in reference to internal campaigns of opposition whereby the Covenant-breaker is seen to be as one who is challenging the internal succession of the Faith and thereby causing internal division, or by claiming or supporting an alternate succession of authority or administrative structure. One of the greatest and most fundamental principles of the Cause of God is to shun and avoid entirely the Covenant-breakers, for they will utterly destroy the Cause of God, exterminate His Law and render of no account all efforts exerted in the past."

6. In brief, Covenant Theology teaches that God has established two covenants with mankind and one within the Godhead to deal with how the other two relate. The first (in logical order), usually called the Covenant of Redemption, is the agreement within the Godhead that the Father would appoint his son Jesus to give up his life for mankind and that Jesus would do so. The second, called the Covenant of Works, was made in the Garden of Eden between God and Adam and promised life for obedience and death for disobedience. Adam disobeyed God and broke the covenant, and so the third covenant was made between God and all of mankind, who also fell with Adam according to Romans 5:12-21. This third covenant, the Covenant of Grace, promised eternal blessing for belief in Christ and obedience to God's word. It became the basis for all future covenants that God made individually (with Noah, Abraham, and David), nationally (that is, with the Israelites as a people), and universally with man in the New Covenant. These individual covenants are called the "biblical covenants" because they are explicitly described in the Bible.

Are you getting the point? To be a covenantbreaker means to break a contract or an agreement. According to Romans 1, if a man or a woman use their bodies for anything other than it was intended for by it's creator (God) they broke the warranty and the contract is void. PERIOD!

Okay, I think you can tell that I am passionate about this issue. And I hope you notice that I am not politically correct and do not plan on giving in to another side of the debate. Not, it an't gonna happen.

Moreover, I want you to understand that in paying attention to the homosexual agenda I have concluded something very serious that I want to make sure you understand because it is the root for how to deal with a homosexual, lesbian, or feminists, that would have you be politically correct or accept their behavior.

The same spirit that was in the men that stood outside Lot's house when Lot hid those Angels is the same spirit that is inside of the homosexuals, lesbians, and feminists of today. That spirit gets angry when WE are not hospitable or accommodating to their whims or desires. They retaliate against anyone that disagrees with their expressed position. This is serious because the political correct person is afraid of that spirit and therefore would rather give in than take a stand against. Interesting? Read Genesis Chapter 19. The men of the city of Sodom surrounded Lot's house and demanded that he hand over those pretty Angels in male figures to them for their sexual pleasure. Read it!

Genesis 9: 15 and 16 reads: "And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. And the [added word 'rain'] bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.

Bottom Line? They have taken the rainbow that God used as a symbol of his promise to remember the first covenant and have made it their symbol for their reprobate mindset. The issue that remains is what are we going to do about it? Or, is this one of those situations where once the rapture takes place that we leave it up to God to clean up our mess again? You decide. In the meantime, I am going to follow the Word where it says in Ephesians Chapter 6: 10 - 24. Verse 20 reads: "For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak."

Oh, why do you think I added feminism to the issue of homosexuality and lesbianism? It is the feminist movement that started the breakdown of the family in the role of a woman according to God's plan when HE shaped her for man. The sexual revolution, the fight for equality, and the right to choose helped free up the homosexual agenda and their fight for civil rights and constitutional protections. The oppressed white female started us on this path - the slippery slope. I thought my father was joking when he used to say this in his Archie Bunker tone. By the way, my father was a Black man. STATE and REGIONAL GOVERNMENT

The more the federal government pull back on sending money to states, the more states are going to find themselves partnering with surrounding jurisdictions to provide services and survive.

Crime abatement requires territories to join law enforcement agencies. Homeland Security laws and practices requires states and local governments to consolidate and share resources within the local public service and safety agencies. Schools are sharing data for economic, market basket research, public safety, and health reasons. US House and Senate are behaving like their Canadian, Mexican, and European counterparts. The only thing our Federal government has to do is eliminate the Representative Republic and replace it with a Parliamentarian ran government and we will be equal to the international region we belong.

Yes, you read it correctly; America is a part of the Canadian and Mexican region. That is why Canada is called North America on the new maps/globes, South America is still South America, and the United States is of America and not North America. The region is called 'THE AMERICAS'

As you read this, know that our global leaders are debating over whether to replace the birth of Christ to date time (BC/AD) with a secular dating method (BCE/CE). If the vote is yes to the secular dating method, then a new secular system of dating the calendar, BCE (Before Common Era) and CE (Common Era), and added it to the BC (Before Christ) and AD (Anno Domini, Latin for "in the year of our Lord") method.

The new secular system of time dating will appear in the curriculum and other materials used by all educators. This new system is already being included in textbooks across the nation. The new method will replace the birth of Christ as the dividing point in history. For example, the new system would change 2006 AD (Anno Domini) to 2006 CE (Common Era).

Because there exists enough Tri-County Cities and/or Tri-State jurisdictions throughout America that making Three-Way Governments will be common and the transition to a one-government system within a region will be made easy. First of all, those who would resist this form of government are dying off by the thousands each day. They are in their 70's and 80's they were taught the U.S. Constitution. They know that each state has a constitution that sets it apparent from the next state. They know the Civil War History and how the states and colonies came to get to form a more perfect union - known as the United States. But the graveyards can't help us. Our children do not know their state capital nor do they know North, South, East, and West directions on the map. They need color-code directions to ride the subway or bus…or to get between classes. Our children are learning that there is no right way to rule the world. And by 2015, children in the 7th grade today will be more than willing to vote to eliminate Congress and replace it with a Parliamentarian government.

Regional government is one-step closer to one-world government. Since our children are not learning about what God's Holy Living Word says about this prophecy, then we are headed in the right direction for fulfillment.

Here's an example of how a regional government will work:

Education: In Maryland Anne Arundel, Calvert, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County will share gyms, high schools, and IB/AP courses and colleges. Our workforce, law enforcement, and healthcare system will be combined. Charter Schools, non-elected regional committees will make regulatory decisions that will supersede elected officials (county council/commissions) - a state constitutional violation.

Public Safety: Prince George's County police and other law enforcement agencies will be shared between D.C. and Montgomery counties. Hospitals will be shared within a 50-mile radios.

Economics: Maryland's economic system be tied to D.C., Delaware, Pennsylvania, Alexandria, VA. Businesses in these states and city will be governed regionally and will draw all of its resources within the boundaries of these regions. Competition will exist between states for workforce bidding and owning the human capital that will be sold or enslaved to other owners. Example: A business can let out a 'Request for Proposal (RFP) for 200 humans with the certain specific skills. States will submit a bid to those businesses and according to the selection criteria, a state within the region may win the bid. However, this scenario is a long way off from being reality because we the voters will have to permit this. I don't see it happening. But it is being debated. There already exists a council of regional governments. This non-elected body has made decisions in the past ten years that has adversely affected how we do business, are certified to be a business, are taxed to stay in business. Members of this non-elected body may be elected for another reason but are serving on this membership as a representative of the government they were elected to serve. However, since you are not active in the civics of your government you do not understand how this system is evolving to one day replace the local government system altogether.

Regional Governments will become trendy because of the need to share money for the same resources. Pay attention to buzzwords like sustainable developments or sustainable designs. Notice how stadiums, roads, and historic buildings are being named for its corporate sponsors? Soon highways, toll roads, and other transportation systems will be sold to the highest bidder. Let's say a company in Canada or Russia bought I-295 in Maryland, which is the Baltimore, Washington Parkway. Don't be surprised to see the international road signs and metric mileage systems installed along the route of I-295. If you can't read metric mileage then I guess you'll be paying for an awful lot of speeding tickets.

WAR ON TERROR/HOMELAND SECURITY

This is not going to take long and it is not going to be painful. Clik here read and read this then come back. Okay, if you believe we are living in the last days then what you just read, what you see play out in Iraq and watch on the news everyday should not be anything new to you, nor should you live in a state of fear or panic! We are living in what is proclaimed to be wars and rumors of wars. When President Bush submitted his 2007 budget that included $150+Million for 'WARS' - Mathew 24 instantly should have come to mind. The main thing you need to understand we are living prophecy.

Will there be true peace in the Middle East? In 1 Thessalonians Chapter 5, God's word says "For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape." According to this powerful proclamation, the kid of peace that man is plans is not the kind of peace that God has in mind for his people. That means that the answer is yes and no. Yes, man is going to deliver a form of peace that they will brag about and make us think we are safe; but God...has something else in mind as soon as they go about uttering the words peace and safety.

Don't get it twisted. God's work cannot be mocked. So let's not get caught up in when or how this word will come to pass. Let's watch as well as pray that God's will will be done. In the meantime, man's peace also will come to pass in the form of treaties and regional governance. Man's securities will envelope society like an umbrella of technological applications promising protection, preventions, and safety. Based on God's word and seeing what man has planned for peace and security, we can say that the microchip and the GPS will be the methods they will use when they shall say "Peace and Security." And based on God's word, this will be their demise.

Today, man's regional governments are local, national, and global. As we watch big company mergers, consolidations of public services, shared resources under the guise of lack of money or budget cuts, and providing mass public protection will require a single government. This is why America claims to lead the fight necessary to prevent World War III. The War on Terror started long before September 11, 2001 - when 19 Middle Easterners took control over two airplanes, killed more than 3000 Americans, and destroyed the headquarters of the global economy, which was the image of Babylon in the form of the World Trade Towers - read Revelation 18.

The single government (One-World-Ruler) will take place because it is necessary for enforcing and managing World Health, Trade, Money, Justice, Resources, and Policies. Pay close attention to the activities of WTO/IMF/WTO/UN/EU, the World Court, and NATO. Read Revelation 17 that too will be fulfilled. Ah, but God. Ps 118, verse 8 reads, "it is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man."

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is the global police force. When man delivers peace as in where there are no wars, our military forces will be combined with the global police and together they will protect our communities, our states, and our nation. While we are talking about how soon, our local police force will become 'peace-keepers' reporting to a NATO affiliate, let's not forget how Park Police, the FBI, CIA, will merge to create a national alliance for common justice. Soon, sourrounding districts will allow police to cross each others borders in a commission of a crime. Camera equipment will be placed on every corner just like it is in London. Your eye retina, finger print, and face composite can be used to identify you from a GPS in space. Today, you can be traced by your drivers license and cell phone. What makes you think they are not able to track you from a street camera with the ability to scan your eye retina? Have you watched I-Robot, Eagle-Eye, Enemy of the State, Matrix, or The Net, shall I go on are or you convinced? Bottom line? Placing the chip in animals is nothing but a test for how humans will be required to insert one in their bodies. Oh come on! Under the guise of security, health, and economics. If the government ever gets its hands on our health care system, every child at birth will be chipped. Every human will be chipped. Think about it? If you are in a car accident, your call will call 911 for emergency assistance and when the EMS personnel arrive, all they will have to do is scan your body; not only will they know who you are, how to reach your next of kin, or your medical records, they will know if you graduated from high school, where you work, your criminal background, your orginal sex, etc..

And when they need to talk to you - they can hone in on your exact whereabouts. Pay attention! Watch! Soon, criminals being released from jail or sex offenders will be chipped! These persons will loose their 13th Amendment Rights because of the level of crime they committed. Its called Involuntary servitude - and for the crime, they will have to wear the chip. Trust me all the bugs are being worked out so that when it becomes universal there will be little to zero technical programs with the technology. Micro Chip in humans  Micro Chip already being used Here's the problem, if we do not read; if we do not our history; if we are not taught God's word; if we don't know what to expect; if our parents violated Jer 14:20, if we do not believe, then we can be led down the yellow-brick road to hell - Spiritual Distruction!

We have to pay Cesar's things to Cesar. We must be respectful of the law. However, we have to be mindful of God's word. There are things that must take place before the end will come. WHO/IMF/WTO/UN/EU/WORLD-COURT

It would be nice to be able to report to you how many non-elected governing bodies exist today. I can assure you that there are more non-elected persons who are members of committees that have power over our lives than you or I could imagine. The scary part is that our local elected officials are members of these non-elected bodies and do not report to us how they create and pass policies.

Check out the Council of Regional Governments in your community, county/city, or state. You would be suprised to know that they create group homes, regional police, regional education agreements, regional business alliances, and regional transportation services. These people receive grants from local, state, and federal goernment agencies. With these grants they create research papers using materials provided to them for Best Practices that are used to control the masses with feel good phrases.

Let's start at t he begining: NAFTA, as its name implies, is a free trade agreement that clearly falls into the second category above. No common external tariff is to be established. Thus Mexico was free, as recently agreed, to participate in an additional free trade agreement with Colombia and Venezuela without any conflict with its obligations under NAFTA. This may lead to problems as to what goods are entitled to pass from one NAFTA country to another free of duty (NAFTA provides that only goods originating in one of the member countries are entitled to entry into the others at zero or low customs duty rates. About one quarter of the entire text of the NAFTA agreement is devoted to defining rules of origin for goods that are entitled to NAFTA treatment.)

The new version of GATT after completion of the Uruguay Round of negotiations is still really an arrangement of the first category listed above but has started to take on additional features. The Bretton Woods Conference after World War II, which established the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, also proposed the creation of an International Trade Organization. As a result of resistance from the United States Senate, this never came into existence and the GATT was adopted on a provisional basis until such time as the issue could be readdressed. This occurred during the Uruguay Round of negotiations that started in 1986 and finally ended in December 1993.

In this round of negotiations the task of the negotiators was extended from dealing simply with trade in goods to covering other matters such as trade in services, trade-related aspects of intellectual property rights and a new disputes settlement mechanism. This has led to the decision to establish a World Trade Organization to oversee the implementation of the new. Since the negotiations for adoption of NAFTA and GATT were carried out largely in parallel and the same negotiators for the most part represented the United States in both sets of negotiations, particularly in the aspects of the agreements that relate to intellectual property, it is not surprising that many of the features of the two agreements are very similar.

NAFTA came into effect on January 1, 1994 as an agreement between the United States, Canada and Mexico. On December 10, 1994 it was announced that agreement had been reached in principle for Chile to be admitted to the Agreement.

GATT - Many of the 100+ countries that signed the revised agreement in Marrakesh in April 1994 have still not ratified it. Most seem to have been waiting to see what happened in the United States where the necessary implementing legislation was signed by President Clinton on December 8, 1994. It now seems probable, however, that a sufficient number of countries will have ratified the agreement by the end of 1994 for it to come into effect on January 1, 1995

The goal is that between 2015 & 2020 – adults will merge the U.S. into regionalized governance – because education system will have converted the minds of many.

Each country within a continent would sign agreements with WTO, IMF, and UN to align their resources to develop an economic trade. Countries that did not have funding to start their economic engines would receive a loan from the WTO and IMF. These countries would have to pay back the long with interest within five years.

2002 to present – The US is currently deemphasizing the GATT in order to pursue its own international competitiveness on its own terms. Just as the US swayed between benign neglect of the U.N. system and full participation when it suited it, so too will it use the GATT. The US will rely on NAFTA to regulate trade and the flow of foreign investment closer to home. But it will continue to rely heavily on the GATT, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank to keep non-NAFTA member countries in line.

America understands that 9-11 took place because the “Religious-extremist” in the Middle-East did not want to be converted and folded into the ‘global agenda’ and they know their ‘oil’ is the lifeline of America’s economy. Pay attention to the rebuilding process and the new government.

There has been many wars over religious right and wrong – if there is another World War it will be over ruling in the global economy.

The seven continents, the EU, and the UN are preparing for the one-world rule. Our children are being prepared to accept and depend on the coming world order. We cannot stop it...but we do not have to walk around ignorant and live in poverty. Above all – we do not have to sell our children to the highest bidder.
