Probably the most confused site associated with Maryland Law. Each law passed comes with a set of regulations. You have to compare the law, with it's orginial bill, and the regulations. The regs' as they are called, helps one to understand how the affected groups or agencies implemented the law. Example: Maryland's regulartory statue is called C.O.M.A.R. Code of Maryland Regulation. Section13A deals strictly with education in the state of Maryland.
